Hi, Becca, I often talk to myself but what else can you do if you need an expert opinion lol. I am also losing weight. I started Slimming world at home and lost a little. I seemed to get stuck, so I joined a group. I have lost 3 stones so far and feel so much better. I can run around with my grandson a little better and that is worth once a week at a Slimming world group xx

I think we can still feel solitary in a room full of people sometimes. I’m sure there are quite a few people who feel the same.😘❤️🙏
