The Z51 performance package doesn't come with magnetic ride control (MRC), it is a separate option. The way to know if a C7 has (MRC) - look at the top of the shock absorber, if you see a wire harness it has (MRC), if not then it doesn't.
Magnetic Ride Control does come on Z51 i have 2014 premier edition 477/500 i have the build sheet and it does come with (MRC) my car was built for Export so maybe thats why
The ZF1 was a 2015 model year only. In 2016, the base came with 19” and 20” rims, so the ZF1 was discontinued. I have a ZF1 and the reason I wanted it was a smoother ride quality, less interior rattles over time, and much less brake dust and rotor rusting inside the slots. I don’t track my Corvette, so the added performance was not important to me. The ZF1 was a way to order a base in 2015 that had the Z51 appearance package with the Pilot Super Sport summer tires, larger wheels, front air diffusers and rear spoiler without spending the money on a Z51, then needing to add mag ride to smooth out the rougher ride. The base corvette also has full three piece air dam under the car. Z51, GS, & Z06 are missing the middle piece. It lets more air under car to cool oil, brakes, & rear differential.

It must come with the car at the time of manufacture and cannot be retrofitted, because it ties in to the computer. It works by using a piston containing feromagnetic fluid which changes viscocity/density continuously based on the current that is passed through it, which as you mentioned is controlled by the driving modes. Your Z51 does NOT have this option, because it does not have the cable coming out the top of the suspension (it's also a different color). A Z51 without MSRC is stiffer all around than the base suspension, but the Z51 with MSRC is softer in Touring mode and stiffer in Sport and even more in Track than base. Not sure if Z51 with MSRC in Track is stiffer than stock Z51, my guess is probably. Unfortunately, only about 20% of people ordering a Z51 opted for MSRC, which is a shame for anyone commuting on one, who has bad bumpy roads, or is trying to find one like me.
I have a 2015 z51 without mrc and honestly it rides fine for me even on long trips. Just ditch the run flat tires and it's smooth enough for the daily, no problemo. I had mrc on my c6 and really never used it.
When you point at 17:43 you're not pointing at the oil fill cap. You're pointing at the coolant overflow reservoir. The oil fill cap is a few inches to the left and has the "DEXOS" and "SAE 5W-30" wording on it.
You mentioned the words, "Track Focused, " which explains the Z51 package. If you never expect to track your car all these things do is create expensive things to repair if they fail. They have no value for street use.

What is that rear spoiler called and where did you get it from? I did a C5 Z06 in your same red and black theme. When I get mine sold I am buying a C7 and would like to do the same.
The base model has the vents on the rear finders, but the passenger side one isn't operational, the Z51's they do work,and are operational I have a 2017 C-7 Corvette Stingray Z51, with the 7 speed manual transmission. It's got the magnetic ride control, and the dry sump oil system. The bace model has 455hp , with 450 foot pounds of torque at the rear wheels . The Z51 has 465hp, with 460 foot pounds of torque.
A Z51 is a performance package that you can basically get in the base stingray version of the car. The Z07 is a trim level on the Z06, the grand sport is a higher model then the z51 or base stingray, it will have 1LT, 2LT OR 3LT for trim levels.

My 14 is just like yours in and out wheels & all except convertible & without the vents behind the door handles and a 7 speed on the floor it was advertised as a z51 but doesn’t say on the Owners Manuel so still not sure
If it has a dry sump oil system it is a z51, you will know its a z51 because the oil fill cap will be on the passenger side by the air cabin filter, not on the driver side valve cover.
honestly I'd just get the ZO6 if I could do it all over again.. A pulley upgrade some supporting modes and you're 700 hp + in a Z0. You'll spend twice that to get a Z51 there.
Worse mistake i ever made, i got rid of my c5 zo6 she had suspension done, rear end work n tranny, with meth injection supercharged 665 RWHP, on 5 lbs of boost SHE RUN 10.1 ,140 MPH. THINKING I WAS BUYING A C8 NOW IM VETTELESS😮😢🎉 im 64 n crying now😢😂

The first new option is the ZF1 Appearance package, which adds the body colored spoiler and the split spoke rims of the Z51 package.

It was only available with Z51 (vs base) for 14 & 15, I believe. 16 and later it was a separate option and RPO code without Z51.
