I wonder if those mountains that look like drums ARE drums for a giant of some sort. No this is not spoilers, as it's just a fan theory. This may be spoiler: But drums are kinda important.
You know the thing I like most at the end of that Drum Kingdom story... That Cherry Blossom effect. I love the fact that it took him 30 years and it's not a direct cure for all the maladies like setting the climate better, or feeding the whole kingdom or something. But imagine living in that climate, and living with that king. To have the sky light up like that like cherry blossoms that would definitely inspire so many that saw it and change their life forever. The cynical part in me might think. That's not Cherry Blossoms. But it IS. It has the same effect. Beautiful.
I'm sorry, but your thumbnails on sad episodes are hilarious with the frowns 😂 Keep up the great work! This is such a fun way to rewatch the anime for me
A really good emotional part of the show. By the way, there will be a continuation of Wapol story in manga's cover story. And I laughedtoo much at that!
It looks like cotton candy ,i like Chopper s backstory the most among the crew the most innocent one had to face adandonment ,hate after he managed to be something he lost his light and yet he is still like a child after all that -the way that Oda did the backstory transition the doctor s will and making him sick to push Chopper to become a better doctor ,entrusting Chopper to Kureha and his 30 year work was pretty amazingly done ,deliberately slowing the pace taking Zoro out of the fight and even Sanji to give more focus to Chopper s development - Ussop didnt fight his fight cuz he ll have to get brave Nami didnt fight against Arlong cuz she had been fighting alone all the time and the others didnt do much so she would stand back for her hardwork results Zoro and Sanji had to prove their right and left wing powers
W Wapol! You will miss this since it's from cover story but Wapol become billionaire after crash landing in some kingdom where he lives under a bridge and eat garbage and with his DF ability he unconsciously develops "The Strongest Metal" and become the king of that kingdom and marry Miss Universe who laughs like {gold dig-dig-dig}
Alright, our first long arc is about to beging, Alabasta arc! With 38 episodes lol This is three times more episodes than the longest arc yall enconter so far lol Don't give guys, I love your reactions!
so a future cover story which I don't think gets adapted does reveal something super fun: in the future the Lapans(the rabbit bear monsters) are recruited by dalton to act as the Drum Kingdom's royal guard. So even the fucking random giant rabbit monsters get a happy ending, just as Lindsay will love I'm sure.
Who in their patreon has convinced these two (mostly Carson) that Oda writes everything on the fly? Cause that seems to be said almost every episode by Carson.
True, they definitely are giving oda less credit than he deserves which is wild. A common knowledge of every real op fan is, oda has it all planned. Oda truly doesn’t fail nor does he pull ish from out his ass, he’s just simply him
A more competent villain might have been too difficult for Luffy to escape from without fighting while carrying Nami and Sanji. Getting rid of Wapol fast is for the best though, because he's just not that interesting.
sakura bloom scene is the most beautiful scene in all of anime i haven't seen anything even close to this. even the specials tht also includes other specials tht redone this whole arc
My grade for this arc is an A grade. The only thing that keeps it from being S is probably Wapol. And I get that Wapol didn't need to be a super complex villain for this arc. And not every arc needs that. Sometimes all you need is a villain that is super evil and annoying. And I think Wapol definitely achieves that. Of course it does have it's problems with the repated flashback, but I can't really fault the story for that, but the format of a weekly anime.
Chopper was such a good character because he is cute but he had something else. And now Chopper is clearly the straw hat i dislike the most. He is useless and just here to have one or two cute scene during an arc. Oda ! BRING BACK this chopper please !
There is a moment in the series when chopper sounds kinda weird , it looks like someone else took over chooper voice since the original Voice actor was in pregnancy leave
Zoro: friends death ,alone Nami:mother s death, country stolen Sanji :Fatherly relationship-sacrifice Chopper:everything of the others and adding outcast struggles and the side chars were way more impactful and were better developed.
I know it will never happen due to his age/health, but if we are getting Jamie Lee Curtis as Kureha imagine the duo of Christopher Lloyd as Hiriluk. He's the anime Doc Brown.
I've watched a lot of the more emotionally impactful episodes from you guys, and I have to say the dude on the right ALWAYS ruins wholesome/sad moments by trying to be funny, laughing, or putting on a painfully obvious frown. Like at this moment here 27:58 This was a moment that showed that the usage of Dr. Hiriluk's life long project shocked everyone by it's beauty, even the animals. In the middle of all of these emotions, your first thought upon seeing them is "I should make a joke about how their camouflage wouldn't work any more" You completely shift the tone and ruin the balance of the scene. Just sit back and accept what the show wants you to feel.
After Dragon Ball ended, Toei Animation when making action scenes the results weren't very good, in fact they tended to be bad. However, when they create touching and sad scenes, the results are very good, even surpassing the manga.
Hilulk's invention, the cherry blossom, took 30 years to produce, but it turned out to be nothing more than a piece of crap. But the strong willpower he wanted to achieve with no knowledge of science at all made him sympathetic and led the next generation and even the stubborn Kureha to cooperate. On his deathbed he said, one does not die unless one is forgotten. His pathetic inventions and sheer sheer will were forever etched as the miracle of Drum Island. This chapter, which ends with the pirate flag of Hilruk, is the history of one such fool.
Hiriluk also called Chopper his son.
He got the best of both his parents.
Chopper got his knowledge from his mother and got his heart from his father.

I wonder if those mountains that look like drums ARE drums for a giant of some sort. No this is not spoilers, as it's just a fan theory.
This may be spoiler:
But drums are kinda important.
ive never once considered that she just made the bunnies snow uesless for hunting... thats actually crazy! love the reaction guys thank you!!
U will find Karoo in the next episode 😂 and Sanji throwing in the best one liner for our reindeer boy 😅
Lindsay’s smile when Luffy tell him to shut up and join is the same smile we all get when a new crewmember
Perfect timing. I am just in the train back from college after the teacher forgot the day of the final exam and I do not know what to feel
Now imagine Chopper saying Pika Pika!
Beautiful.
Choppers voice actor also does konahamaru and pikachu
Yes, the subs are accurate. Kureha sees Chopper as her son
I'm sorry, but your thumbnails on sad episodes are hilarious with the frowns 😂 Keep up the great work! This is such a fun way to rewatch the anime for me
Wapol just flies off to a completely different island I think 💀
My eyes may have gotten sweaty with respect
This is the moment where I think the live action will not be able to touch.
I miss fat Chopper
True i love this Version Of Chopper..
Same as Pikachu even he was fat at the start then he became thin😂
Oh man im caught up to the manga but this still made me cry like a baby what an arc bruh
A really good emotional part of the show. By the way, there will be a continuation of Wapol story in manga's cover story. And I laughedtoo much at that!
There will be more tears... 😂
It looks like cotton candy ,i like Chopper s backstory the most among the crew the most innocent one had to face adandonment ,hate after he managed to be something he lost his light and yet he is still like a child after all that -the way that Oda did the backstory transition the doctor s will and making him sick to push Chopper to become a better doctor ,entrusting Chopper to Kureha and his 30 year work was pretty amazingly done ,deliberately slowing the pace taking Zoro out of the fight and even Sanji to give more focus to Chopper s development - Ussop didnt fight his fight cuz he ll have to get brave Nami didnt fight against Arlong cuz she had been fighting alone all the time and the others didnt do much so she would stand back for her hardwork results Zoro and Sanji had to prove their right and left wing powers
lol both of you are adorable
W Wapol!
You will miss this since it's from cover story but Wapol become billionaire after crash landing in some kingdom where he lives under a bridge and eat garbage and with his DF ability he unconsciously develops "The Strongest Metal" and become the king of that kingdom and marry Miss Universe who laughs like {gold dig-dig-dig}
Alright, our first long arc is about to beging, Alabasta arc! With 38 episodes lol This is three times more episodes than the longest arc yall enconter so far lol
Don't give guys, I love your reactions!
We need a side anime that just follows the life of karoo
The episode you enter alabasta , this channel is going to become your main channel 😂😂
I don't think the word you're looking for is "sad", rather, it's "wholesome"
Watching this arc again i forgot how good it was wtf i guess the other arcs were so good it made me forget how good this was
The One Piece is real!! 🗣️
28:38 hahahaha
the moment they let the cherry blossoms bloom is indeed a very beautiful moment :)
so a future cover story which I don't think gets adapted does reveal something super fun:
in the future the Lapans(the rabbit bear monsters) are recruited by dalton to act as the Drum Kingdom's royal guard. So even the fucking random giant rabbit monsters get a happy ending, just as Lindsay will love I'm sure.
Now that you've watched this, for OPLA, Jamie Lee Curtis is in talks of being Dr. Kureha because she's a Chopper fan.
Oda truly doesn’t fail nor does he pull ish from out his ass, he’s just simply him
A most appropriate ending for the arc, as far as I'm concerned. 😊
AHAHAHA lindsey is doing the opening !
A more competent villain might have been too difficult for Luffy to escape from without fighting while carrying Nami and Sanji. Getting rid of Wapol fast is for the best though, because he's just not that interesting.
hope the bunny can still find food since there is no more camouflage
sakura bloom scene is the most beautiful scene in all of anime
i haven't seen anything even close to this. even the specials tht also includes other specials tht redone this whole arc
The thumbnail lol 😂
There's no possible way that Wapol would ever come back into the story.
Wapol didnt Fall into the ocean but in another Island.
Drum Island are Drums to Play the Heartbeat of Nika aka the Drums of liberation.
spoilers
Chopper was such a good character because he is cute but he had something else.
And now Chopper is clearly the straw hat i dislike the most. He is useless and just here to have one or two cute scene during an arc.
Oda ! BRING BACK this chopper please !
There is a moment in the series when chopper sounds kinda weird , it looks like someone else took over chooper voice since the original Voice actor was in pregnancy leave
Its like u both unlocked the new playable character
happy but crying
Can we get much higher 🎉
Can we get much higher?
Zoro: friends death ,alone
Nami:mother s death, country stolen
Sanji :Fatherly relationship-sacrifice
Chopper:everything of the others and adding outcast struggles and the side chars were way more impactful and were better developed.
Choppers VA is pikachus aswell
This is One Piece.
I know it will never happen due to his age/health, but if we are getting Jamie Lee Curtis as Kureha imagine the duo of Christopher Lloyd as Hiriluk. He's the anime Doc Brown.
Now people can watch the and understand better what Oda said in the video message about the season 2 of the live-action w
So maybe you've guessed and maybe you haven't, but now that Chopper's with them animals will be treated with more respect
it wuld have bin a good idea to stretch ihis arms, IF he did not have a Sice Nami on his back and sonji basikly in his mauth
Congratulations only 1000 more episodes left from today.
Just sit back and accept what the show wants you to feel.
can we get a "Boku wa Doctor" in chat? 🌸 🌸
~Tony Tony Chopper~
Omoshiro tonakai
drum island man its not the best arc but man i dont know why emotionwise it gets to me the most every time man
After Dragon Ball ended, Toei Animation when making action scenes the results weren't very good, in fact they tended to be bad. However, when they create touching and sad scenes, the results are very good, even surpassing the manga.
Please turn up the sound of the episodes again.
can we get much higherrrr!
Where the flip did 87 and 88 go
They're on the channel, just for some reason not in this playlist. You gotta search for it individually.
@@Yutani_Crayven I was afraid one of them were the one of the two videos that the playlist says is unavailable
@@Yutani_Crayven is it the same with the syrup village and skypiea episodes?
No show can do ugly crying like one piece. Just wait until you see the most realistic depiction on helplessness and anguish.

Tony Tony chopper 🦌
Hilulk's invention, the cherry blossom, took 30 years to produce, but it turned out to be nothing more than a piece of crap. But the strong willpower he wanted to achieve with no knowledge of science at all made him sympathetic and led the next generation and even the stubborn Kureha to cooperate. On his deathbed he said, one does not die unless one is forgotten. His pathetic inventions and sheer sheer will were forever etched as the miracle of Drum Island. This chapter, which ends with the pirate flag of Hilruk, is the history of one such fool.
