Doorseals- I tried a generic clip type doorseal like you mentioned. I had the same experience as you, it was too thick. I was able to shut my doors (slam), but it didnt sit right since its significantly thicker. I ended up getting the Dennis Carpenter glue-in doorseals, and they work great. A bit more work, but the doors sit a lot better. Keep up the good work! love to see your projects coming together! And you keep giving me more ideas of what to try on my tuck as well

That was literally just a hammer 🤣 I knocked that corner in until it matched the window frame on the cab. Forgot to mention it in the video.

Hey Matt my dad and I are working on a 67 highboy right now. We are body swapping a 70 f250 camper special body onto it.
Very cool! 67 highboys are kind of a rare truck I would try to keep a 67 cab on it if you could.
The 67 is in really rough shape, it had been rolled and there is inches of bondo filling thr dents
The truck is progressing nicely. I am my own worst critic and can tell you where the flaws are in what I've done. It sounds like you are the same way. I like your attention to detail with items like the seam sealer on the cab floor. that will never be seen again and the hole in the dash that you filled to center the cargo light switch. What did you do about the right front door at the top? That could turn into a loud whistle as air funnels through it into the cab as you go down the road. Did you test fit a windshield to make sure all was good?
I forgot to say it in the video but I ended up tapping the top of the door in to match the contour of the cab. Wind noise was my fear as well.
