It’s so nice to hear a dancer give their opinion. I’m a dancer too and I’ve seen all these people saying Lisa is too mean and I’m like....that’s literally the only way dance teachers can get people to improve. With dance you’re either right or wrong, and the only way you’re gonna get better is if the teacher puts you on the spot and points out your mistakes. I honestly don’t get what people expect Lisa to do with these trainees, say they’re doing great when they aren’t?
What she did is normal. Teachers/coaches/mentors are like that when they are genuinely rooting for you to learn and be the best that you can be after a quick training

I don't understand why it shocks so many people that Lisa is strict in practically 4 years of career she never made any missteps. She has always been perfect in all areas. Lisa has always been the most smiling and it's not because she's necessarily happy it's just professionalism. So it doesn't surprise me that she is a perfectionist and she must surely be very hard with herself just to see her journey since she is young she has always given herself thoroughly. She always pushes her limits to be the best. A truly admirable journey, the first on 4000 in auditions in Thailand after she arrives in a foreign country where she is trained by the best teachers in one of the strictest agencies, knowing that in addition she did not know how to speak Korean at all she had to adapt to learn as quickly as possible and despite everything as Jennie said in an interview that when she was trained "Lisa always got an A for everything", it simply means that Lisa was always at the top of their monthly evaluations, whether it was dancing, rapping , compose or sing. She is truly incredible, she is not human.

When u are a trainee you need to be pressured sometimes to make everything right cause if u want to become an idol u can't have mistakes let's say! Lisa was a trainee 5 years all day training and practicing new things and look where she is now! She is a cutie and adorable but when it comes to teaching she becomes a professional and that matters! No, she's not too harsh. Not at all. The Idol business is cutthroat. The moment you're not giving 110%, the moment you show the smallest amount of hesitation to your commitment and you can kiss your career opportunities goodbye. Lisa knows this because she's been through it. She's doing them a favor by not coddling them and letting those that are truly talented and committed shine.

if you think lisa is harsh, you havent seen bae yoonjung. is not that BYJ is rude or harsh, shes just strict and firm so that the trainees dont repeat the same mistakes. this is because of the high standards. Lisa is indeed more friendly and approachable than BYJ but they both are firm and strict because they want the best for the trainees ;-;
They only have shown what they wanted us to see and yes we know she can be tough as Lisa is very open about her time a trainee with YG, so I'm sure Lisa isn't like this all the time but that is if they want to show us
