The machine you were showing while describing the Janome 500e was actually the 550e. The 500e has black trim and doesn’t have the same designs as you video showed.

I really fancied the Singer machine but have been warned away from it due to Singer's unreliability. Is this so? I am replacing my Janome Memorycraft 8000CE which has now packed up after giving good service since 1998. This Singer is the nearest in Spec and I really thought it would make a perfect replacement. Help!

If you are going to rate a Machine at least learn how to pronounce the brand correctly. Janome Pronounced Jan O Me.

Honestly, what do you expect from a channel that does nothing but tech reviews?? Did you think they USED these products? Nah, they just read reviews and forums to figure out what machines are good and then did just enough research to get a description of each.
