as a 7 year old, I was just like, meh, who cares about the music! I wanna beat the game and be a pokemon master! Only 7 years later do I really appreciate the beauty of diamond and pearl
For me, it was the opposite actually :) I loved to just stay in a place for (felt) hours just to listen to the music and have my mind truly traveling to Sinnoh... Good old days when i was a kid ^.^

I remember when this game first came out... I remember waking up for school and playing to check my honey slather trees for cool Pokémon seeing your journal entries... this was the best Pokémon game for me

Probably is, I liked 5 a lot too (Black 2 was fantastic) The newest games have finally lost me. Sun and Moon are the first games where I looked at the new Pokémon and went 'what are these designs?! These aren't Pokémon.' Those X-Beast things are just weird to me. Back to your original point though, Pokémon Platinum forever!!

great playing! i've played every generation of pokemon games growing up, and out of them all diamond pulls on the most heart strings for me. honestly one of the most underrated OSTs of all time.
I never even realised I knew the music was there until recently I played it again and I somehow knew the tunes, melody, harmony and drums to every single song...
That was awesome! Especially the first one, much memories.

Swim Santa oh haha, i see what you mean but i’m not sure if sampling is the right word to use. if i’m not mistaken, sampling is when you directly take an chunk of sound from another song and use it in your own.
Route 209 is so nostalgic for me. I don't know why, but I spent so much time on that route. I really likes cycling I guess? Trying to hatch eggs maybe...

I’m a grown ass man but this almost brought a tear to my eye.
Pokémon d/p/pt are my absolute favorite games from the series and honestly and idk why but I get emotion hearing this song in that I grew up so much on this and I have so many amazing memories from playing and thing that happens while playing the because I specifically remember on moment were I saw platinum at a GameStop and I thought it would be fun to play again and I was about 12 and after my mom took me and my sister to Dairy Queen and he enjoyed our time there and talked and eat and even got dessert snd this bring back so many memories ☺️
route 209 is the absolute best, I love how the transition to that song is done
my favorite video game music is the piano lounge jazz style music that played in Pokemon Diamond. Always makes me tear up with nostalgia

The way how you play is beautiful, this is not just a mere sequence of naked notes, but way, *way* more. Well played. =)
I came for Palkia and Dialga's battle theme but the rest also sounded really awesome! Seems like you don't upload too often but I hope you keep improving ^^

Ahhhhhh this is so good! The transitions are very smooth and you had great dynamic, especially in the last song! I hope eventually you do give sheet music though cause this is just too great of a medley to pass up~
