How to use drawing to calm anxious thoughts

- Hey friends! This week's destress doodle is super easy. All you will need is a blank piece of paper and a pen or marker (snacks optional 😉). Follow along!
I started this doodle by drawing some swirling vines around the page. I then built on each vine with shapes like, semicircles, flowers, lines, circles and zigzags. There are no rules here just keep drawing until you feel like you're done. You'll notice that this drawing is in no way perfect. I mess up and my lines are shaky and wobbly and that's ok! This is not about perfection it is about mindful practice.
I hope this video brings a little peace and calm to your day.

Maybe she don't use short library for music. It is made video with music in the background and then upload as a short on youtube
@@inkintrovert so when she does this thing here youtube doesn't give a copyright claim to her ?
@@palak13 maybe she has some copyright claims, maybe she licence the music through some sites where you pay subscription and you can use it for youtube and other social media sites
