I agree 100% When you start your day off with some cardio or work out, its amazing how much better you feel the whole day. If I allow myself to get distracted with other things right away chances are I'll lack the motivation to get my workout in for the day.

Hey Steve, been following you for 10 years. I lost 130 lbs during my senior year of high school with diet and exercise (7 years ago). I went to college and gained it back lol. for the past 2 years been trying to lose the weight again, but it just doesn't come off as easy. I lost 35 lbs then got stuck. cardio 30-45 mins a day not fasted and then regular lifting and food deficit of about 400 a day. any tips? Alot of people say fasted cardio, but don't you get low blood sugar if you exercise without food in your stomach ? not sure how the athletes do it lol. If you respond, would be epic!
After the dog, Hobes, stretched and Steve said, ''yeah I need to do that, I need to strech .''I thought he then said, "go do Pilates, go on go do pilates" I busted a gut laughing went to rewind and.. um well, what he really was saying was, "go potty!" I was laughing pretty good until I heard him say Go potty the second time. Steve's funny as all get out so I would have believed he said it. Sorry for you and Morgan not seeing each other face to face, I think about how you two must feel often. I'm single n live with a couple cats so I know how it feels to go to bed so grateful to at least snuggle your animal! I also taught Ed and Sheeran how to sit and stay for food too ; )!

Brendan Hayes it can never be a bad thing to implemement stretching regularly and start building healthy eatig habits. Especially if you have a specific goal that you want to reach as far as how you want to look or maintaining the way you look now your diet is the most important part so definitley would say it is something that is a necesity.

I have that same kind of succulent, I was over watering mine and giving her too much direct sunlight. Didn't water her for a couple weeks and put her in a window that still gets sun, but isn't outside and now little baby leaves are growing!

Help with Cutting Hey Steve, I’ve been working out for about over a year now (i’m 19) and I’m currently trying to cut during the quarantine from about 155 to 150 before I lean bulk (I’m 5’10”). Last week I was at 153.8 lbs and after a week today i measured myself this morning at 154.6, but I was eating at 2000 calories and 35%, 45%, 20% for my macros. I’m confused why I gained weight. I workout every day doing - 4 day split, chest/tri, back/bi, legs/shoulders (with hiit), cardio. What am I doing wrong?
From personal experience... Don’t just look at the scale. When I started working out I gained weight due to how easy it is to build muscle at the start, and muscles are heavy! Your muscles fill up with water to grow from the amount of training you’re doing, so stick with it for a whole month and then evaluate. Make sure you take update pictures for yourself, same time every day, and store them in an album on your phone. You won’t notice the difference in a few days, but the difference in a week or two is noticeable already. Rome wasn’t built in a day! Good luck bud and have fun with the workouts
Hi Steve, I suggest you do some research on BCAA's (see Ben Greenfield). I wouldn't be taking them - waste of money. Substitute them for Creatine in the morning and even add some EAA's in there instead but dump the BCAA's.

Steve don't over water your plant! 😂 It's a succulent so the general rule is water it when the soil gets dry (of course there are different rules for different succulents like all plants) but don't over water it! Hope this helps 😊🌵
Alot are doing day in the life vids and routine vids but what is your after care process for working out....I find myself feeling super sore though I worked out in the gym religiously for several years but with so much time on my hands, I find myself working out several times per day but get so sore! I go to failure and push myself as hard as I can but I dont want to loose interest or stop working out because of pain. I dont really have an after care plan of attack for recovery and want to see what others do? Bro I feel totally cashed out at the end of the day so any advice, tips or help is appriciated!

I've learned that the best way is to water them barely like 3x a year! D: When I used the directions all my plants died lol.

Be patient, weight can spike up depending on loads of things but it’s natural just keep doing what you’re doing.
