Yes gusape and katampe presently has the most beautiful buildings in Abuja, but maitaima presently is still most serene

Very beautiful neighbourhood. Most house designs are quite unique.
Q: Why do the most of them have electric fencing? Unlike South Africa, I don't think that crime is an issue in Nigeria.
Not it not a crime here in Nigeria but there are some neighborhood here in abuja without electricity fencing u can check my other video , thank you ❤️❤️❤️
It is more a cultural peculiarity than concerns for security!
In our archaic history, a lot of city-states and kingdoms in Nigeria were fenced round.
Nigerians probably imbibed the British mantra " A man's home is his Castle" a bit too much!
But Nigerians like to mark off their personal space and territory with a compound and a wall!
They don't compromise on having clear demarcations of their properties!!

Guzape is not the most beautiful place in Abuja, katampe extension is by far the most exotic and beautiful place in Abuja

@@Priscaoriade most people can afford some houses in Guzape, but katampe smh the houses there are way expensive, good road network, serene environment with lots of greeneries , I prefer katampe . Even though I stay in Guzape
@preciousnnanna3700 considering that guzape is still developing and its in phase 1 of abuja. Whereas katampe falls under phase 2 district. I think in the long run, guzape will be very expensive far better than katampe ext considering its in the phase 1 district
