I purchased one extra large on a whim as I have been looking for a good “water proof” rain outfit while cycle touring. Yes it does cover everything including being able to fit over some though not all bike helmets I have, so far I am kept dry, easy to get on/off without taking shoes off. However one will cook in it on a hot rainy day in spite of zipper vents.
Not very heavy though pack size is bigger than my inflatable bed mat. Makes a nice camp site outfit if it’s rainy and you have are setting up tent.
Very expensive, nearly the cost of some mountain bikes.
Cheapest price I found for this is €187. Not too bad. The competition:

Carrying it when nit raining is still bulky enough ,better have 2 sets of jacket and water proof trousers under this price
I just bought this suit a week ago (0kt. 30th-2013). The very next week I had three times a lot of rain during my 1,5 hrs bikeride. It is a very good rainsuit, it kept me dry for about 90%. What can better:
the hood is a bit to small, cause I want my bikehelmet under the hood during rain
The feetprotectors are absolutely to small. It just fitted over my (small) shoes
The flaps to cover the zippers are to small and lack velcro.
It is worth the price, but the suit is not perfect.
I bought one of these a year ago and it fits easily over my shoes (size 10) and 2 of 3 of my helmets. Yes it keeps me dry but too bulky to pack on bicycle tours and also really hot to wear while climbing hills. I think it would be great for a mortorcyclist.

@Cesar Marroquin mostly only if you receive a call, in flight mode it'll go to non-existant but of course then it defeats the purpose of even having the phone there lol
