For all you people that don't know what you're talking about in these comments you forget that Jesus was from everlasting into everlasting he always has been and always will be he was just known as the word before he created himself in Mary by himself as the holy Spirit and he made himself into who we now call Jesus but he always was and always will be and now he will always be in the form of a man in the Bible he promised that he will never go back to being a spirit so that we will always have him in a human body to interact with in eternity to come
Jesus is the father he's the son he's the holy Spirit he's the Prince of Peace he's El shaddai he's The Great I Am he's all the different names in the Bible that are credited to God because he is all in all the beginning and the end the alpha and the Omega Jesus is all of these things wrapped up in one
Think of it this way if you're a man and you're married and you have kids you are at least three different things to three different people
You are someone's father you are someone's son and you are someone's husband you are three different things to three different people but you're so much more than that you are not limited to that to those three things and that is what Jesus is he is not just the father son and the holy Spirit he is all the different names given to God in the Bible so the Trinity is not biblical because it is too limiting because Jesus is not just those three things Father son and holy Spirit

English translations are often messy. This verse is used heavily by Jesus only groups. Most bibles translate it incorrectly.

    • @keithferrin
      @keithferrin  2 місяці тому

I agree that there is no "perfect" translation (which is why comparing translations is SO helpful). However, to say "Most Bibles translate it incorrectly" is a pretty bold statement with the quantity of language experts who pour over every major translation. There is SO MUCH nuance to any translation process.

Technically looking at the Hebrew it doesn't say Everlasting father it says Everlasting I don't know where the word father came into play but that was added because in the Hebrew there is no word for father in that phrase?
Jesus always existed with the father in the beginning however when you look into the context and the Greek and Hebrew and you really look at it without taking what other people say as truth about the Trinity you realize that Jesus is the literal son of the father who's always existed with him and the word Elohim is plural and the word god has many different definitions depending on the context

    • @keithferrin
      @keithferrin  8 місяців тому +2

"a-bi" is "Everlasting/Eternal/Perpetuity." The Hebrew word "ad" is added onto the end of that in Isaiah 9:6, which means "Father."

I thought that under the Trinity Doctrine, “The Father” is not the Son or the Son is not the Father
How does Jesus being called “Eternal Father” reconcile with your trinity rules?
Anyway, this explanation couldn’t be further from the truth.
    Allow me to explain.
    Isaiah 9:6,7
For a child has been born to us, A son has been given to us; And the rulership will rest on his shoulder. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. 7 To the increase of his rulership And to peace, there will be no end, On the throne of David and on his kingdom In order to establish it firmly and to sustain it Through justice and righteousness, From now on and forever. The zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.
You see where it says “and the rulership will rest on his shoulder”?
in verse 7 it says “ To the increase of his rulership And to peace, there will be no end, On the throne of David and on his kingdom”
This is a reference to Jesus’ coronation and the coming of the Kingdom.
    Consider Matthew 22:41-45
Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them: 42 “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said to him: “David’s.” 43 He asked them: “How is it, then, that David under inspiration calls him Lord, saying, 44 ‘Jehovah said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies beneath your feet”’? 45 If, then, David calls him Lord, how is he his son?” 46 And nobody was able to say a word in reply to him, and from that day on, no one dared to question him any further
Do you know why David calls Jesus my Lord if Jesus is a descendant or (son) of David’s lineage?
The context is about the resurrection!!!!!
    Consider Psalm 45: 16
Your sons will take the place of your forefathers. You will appoint them as princes in all the earth
This is referring to the coming of the Kingdom, just as Isaiah 9:6 says “and the rulership will rest on his shoulder” , on the throne of David!!!!!
The Messiah is the son of David, Jesus’ forefathers call him my Lord via the resurrection.
Jesus becomes Lord by Jehovah’s appointment, he is given authority in heaven and on earth and will resurrect the dead.
All those who exercise faith in the Messiah will receive everlasting life.
This is the appropriate context in which Jesus is aptly described as “Eternal Father”.
Also, you should know that in the Septuagint, Isaiah 9:6 refers to Jesus as “angel of wonderful counsel”.
The Trinity doctrine is in complete contradiction to what the scriptures teach; one of the basic principles of the relationship between Jehovah and his Son Jesus

Jesus is seated at the right hand of the father..the one in Isaiah 9:6 it's actually God the one who exist in all possibilities..him and Jesus are one in spirit..but this will be a man born from a women.. remember that God is the suffering servant. God is not just some supreme being he's the one who one creates worlds and he does suffer like us. But once he is done he will be revealed.. people think God doesn't reincarnate..but trust me when I tell you God has reincarnated many times throughout human history. Jesus was just that revelation.. God becomes human but doesn't remember he is God for some reason unknown..maybe to spread knowledge I think. Also God has archangels who are just a versions of him..God can multiply himself he exists everywhere..God can be at many places at once he can be outside and inside time. The archangels keep order.. it's basically him watching himself as a human..very strange but pretty awesome too

Emmanuel..a child born named Emmanuel..he will become mighty god..he is also the one Jesus prayed to, he is also the suffering servant..God is the consciousness that holds the entire universe and everything in it together.
He is also Ra the Egyptian God, and many others..he is also all the prophets in the Bible. When God created this world he went into the future..saw what needed to be changed, so he went backwards in time..that's how he created this world. God is infinite and timeless.

    There’s no trinity in Bible
There is the Almighty God who made/ Ceated as first born begotten meaning made by he was the first of all creation /angel / Son
    he stated this! Proverbs 8:22-30
Jesus is the first born son an angel directly and then together they made everything else together including the other angels proverbs 8:23 to 30 was Jesus telling us the bonding union that they had together that he also made it very clear side-by-side working as his master worker how happy he was in front of him beside him listen to his words he was not talking about himself he was talking about God
Every time you read a scripture where he says we’re one in the same it’s always about a union the bond that they share and they knew each other so well spent eons of years together that he could replicate his father because nobody could lay their eyes on God we will never see God ever we’re on the earthly class so that’s the closest that people can get to know God through Jesus and he explains that too very clearly there’s so many scriptures where he says he’s not the father the father is greater than I am and he sat down at the right hand of God not on top of himself but the right hand of God
he will be authorized by God and already is as king and Savior and our father cause he’s gonna be ruling over us as king but he is not the Almighty father he has to be g
