I know u did a great video on the trinity, and im currently getting ready to order one..Figured i would ask your opinion before i place my order...Im thinking the trinity because i habe a good 2k rms..I think the 4" coil on this one would need more power..??
You're right brother. I just thought the American bass vfl comp signature is a lot better with 5000 watts rms ratings for 450 which in the market now for that ratings goes for 1k up price. But haven't got much reviews to know forsure how good it is.
@@bjenks2 bro it was like 4 to 5 months ago but now the price jumped up like 200 bucks now..on Amazon and other sites...it was depreciated for a short moment
These Avatar subs are really great. I have the higher model, the "volcano" one which is 3800rms. I have it off a Smart 5k in 4 cubes tuned to 30hz and it DIGS deep. The amp is a bit too much but the I keep a close eye on the clip indicator I mounted up front. "SQL" is always subjective, but with the 4" coil, cone material, and some other things I feel like sub fits in that category for the most part. Only drawback, if you would consider it one, is that its kind of picky in the sense it really peaks hard on lower frequencies, 60hz and above it drops off in output pretty substantially even with the crossover at its highest setting. If the song doesn't have sub 40hz bass, it doesn't sound as good as other subs I have ran, but anything below 40hz this sub is just an absolute monster. It makes up for its lacking in the higher bass frequencies and hits those lows with superb accuracy and authority. I think a DSP would help even things out but I got zero complaints and absolutely love the way it sounds. Again, they really are good subs even at the high end price point.
@@randyramoutarvlogs So there are 2 different versions of this sub. There is the one in this video, the STU and then there is the "Volcano" ones, the STV. Hey Parker order a fi hc series or mc series one is 2500 rms and the other is 4500 rms? The xmax is 34mm I have the 2500 rms hc series and 8 bass 8k taramps pushing them and they love it

Yea mine smell pretty weird so 😂
Hey bro can you do a video with resilient sound platinum 2000rms
I have this sub, but I still need to build a box and buy another amp, alt, and battery for the vehicle it's going in.
Song at 5:52 ?
Do you have a list or playlist of songs you use?
I think that a beast for what it is...good output💯
Try out the resilient sound platinum
You should try the avatar SVL12
the sensitivity is so low its kinda sad
How are these subs for sq??? The 15 version..
So what you just showed us was how to find our peak frequency?
Let’s get a SQ comparison video.
You should do an Orion hcca
Wow my favorite sub to date
Great video as always Parker . I currently have a sundown x12v3 on a taramps smart 3k. I love the sundown but what would you say would be a good upgrade from here? Looking to keep the smart 3 for now
Avatar SVL
Cheaper & best option. I had the sundown x series 12s & my 1 avatar does more damage on the same 8k amp
@@VibinWitJRock I got an 8k on the way. Should I run 2 STU 12s or 1 SVL 15? I can build up to a 5 cu fu box for a trunk build.
@@BoardUnderMyFeet that's a good question but I'd probably say the 2 stu 12s. They can easily do 10k on right electrical
Definitely getting the avatars dey sick wit it😂n u up meter s 140dbs too
The next sub you should look into is a regional sub in the texas-oklahoma Louisiana area making some serious waves it's called Nemesis audio Colossus series
Where can I find it
