  • The content in this video is an entire part of my business you’ll have never seen before. Around 60-70% of my business revolves around processes like this, really cool interesting things, but there’s been a dilemma where I’ve forced myself to keep these ‘secrets’ away from the public eye, in fear of judgment or competitors seeing. This kind of work is the most interesting part of my business, and I want to share and show you my work and things that you might find interesting. This conflict is a constant mental battle, countless conversations with friends if it’s the right or wrong thing to do, but I can’t put those constraints on myself anymore because the constant back and forth just fuels anxiety, imposter syndrome, and stress. From the outside in it may look like a trivial situation, but on my end, I’m exposing an entire side I’ve tried so hard to keep secret over the years and letting everybody in. I get so much enjoyment out of creating things like this and I find it almost sad that I’m forcing myself to keep it hidden. There are entire jobs or projects that I’m proud of that I’ve not shared because of this and I can feel a weight lifted by sharing this now so I can be completely transparent moving forward.
If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading, and thanks for being here.

Thanks to all my new subscribers even though my last video was posted over 3 months ago! Here’s a short one for you showing a process I’ve been using for years, but never shown it to anyone.
More consistent content to come, but I’d love your feedback on what you’d like to see on this channel, so please, if you have any suggestions let me know below!

Big fan of your work man, I find the videos very informative regarding the techniques you use in manufacturing custom parts.
One suggestion... noticed your thumbnails dont always show the cars thats being worked on, might generate a few more views for your channel if you were to show that R8 or whatever other car you're working on. Just a thought, I'll keep watch these vids regardless. Now just be careful not to give away too many secrets 😉

Done it again mate, video production level is through the roof, the subtle music and the sound over of you working, sick B roll footage all blended together to give such an immersive feel to what you say, to your secret side of work.. Nicely done dude

Thanks for the input Mark! I’m going to be sharing a lot more as I’ve held back over the years and not wanted to reveal my ‘secrets’. I realised I want to show people cool stuff and about 70% of my business is this type of work, and 30% installing audio, so that’s a huge chunk I’ve not been sharing! So I’ve decided to be as transparent as possible and not to worry about competitors having access to my ‘secrets’, as I shouldn’t let that stop me from sharing what I want to share.

It is criminal that UA-cam isn't pushing this to more people... The effort and quality you put into not only the product but the production and camerawork of these videos for like 3k people is insane. You deserve so much more. Cheers from America from a fellow maker, don't let impostor syndrome get to you, you're the real deal.

Love your work this is art! What kind of material do you use for the final product and how you make it uv light resistant?
I run a small 3d printing business in Dominican Republic and I want to make a air conditioner vents for a Honda but haven't find the best material that give smooth shape and surface without a lot of post-processing like fdm prints require, I was thinking about print them in resin but for uv protection I have to apply clear coat but I have think about it will peel off after time and use, I will really appreciate any advice for make a useful product 🙏

From which material do you pour the product, is it solid and of good quality?

Is the inner material liquid polyurethane?
I had something like this done to my vehicle, but the product was very fragile, the master said, liquid polyurethane.
