I’ve two questions: can we make whole wheat buns with some ratio of ingredients. 2nd- how to make plum white kulcha and can it be made with whole wheat or multigrain flour
yes you can use the same recipe for whole wheat buns but they will come out little dense and taste different , here is the recipe for plain white kulcha ua-cam.com/video/N1mMBYQoMt0/v-deo.html you can make whole wheat kulcha too.. with this recipe...
Great recipe but very confusing measurement instructions in the description box. Cup measurements do NOT match gram/ml equaivalents. Ratios went wrong during baking, please review the ingredient measurements.
kavita ji measure ments are accurate and even in grams measure ments are right if you are using 250 ml cup but if you are using 200ml cup measurement then it will differ ...1 cup maida = almost 115 to 120 gm so 3 cups flour = 360 gm ...each and every ingredient is properly measured in gms and cups so please check the cups you are using ...and if there is any doubt you can ask anytime...thanks for watching dear ....
Hi Dear Hadia, If these buns are less sweet for you you can add some more sugar to the dough while kneading or in milk . but these should not be dense, actually may be we did not added any improver or gluten here so these can not be as good as bakery or market one so if you use eggs then you can add eggs to the diough it will make them moist and fluffy.. thanks for trying my recipe .
sorry for late reply Use 1/2 cup +2tbsp sugar +1 egg + 200 ml milk for making them soft and little more sweet . add 2 tbsp. sugar and 200ml milk and yeast together and then when yeast is ready then add rest of the sugar ,egg and flour and then knead the dough and in the end you can add butter or oil. please share your feed back after trying the recipe.

Superb. Can we add some chillies and make it spicy buns?
Yes, definitely but then you have to reduce the amount of sugar ... because they contain more quantity of sugar than normal buns...
@@KhanaManpasand ok thank you for your immediate reply. 2 tbsp sugar is enough? What else should I change?
