The only thing I'd mention is that here in North America, the washer and dryer would need to be inside the house (easily accomplished by simply moving the wall between the washer and dryer and the primary bedroom up to be an exterior wall). Other than adopting North American standards for plumbing and electricity, this could be a very popular first/small home. Well done!
