The house has two bedrooms, an integrated social area and a vegetable garden. The interior design focuses on practicality and comfort. Natural elements such as exposed brick, stone and even ceramic tiles bring an air of coziness to the rooms. There's a fireplace for cold days and a beautiful veranda for hot days.

I really like this floor plan. The way the rooms are divided and the use of each area, makes the house look bigger than it is. It doesn't feel cramped. I also think the entrance area with shoe and jacket storage makes sense - you often miss it in other plans of smaller houses. And who hangs their jacket in the closet every time? The kitchen is nice and big, and invites you to cook. The laundry room, right next to the kitchen, is useful and nicely solved. I like to look at a lot of home designs - it's my way of relaxing before turning out the lights. And I have to say, this floor plan is one of my top 5. PS: you can even fit two litter boxes in this floor plan without getting claustrophobic.👍💜🏠

Out of all the designs I've seen, this is the best so far! I love the following: entryway storage for coats, shoes, etc. The dining area tucked against the wall (no table & chairs in the middle of the room to walk around). The ample seating in the living room. And yes, an indoor laundry room with a sink! I've seen many other floorplans that put the washer/dryer outside, totally exposed to the weather. Who wants to stand outside in the rain/cold to do laundry? I don't understand that concept at all, not practical in any sense. I love how you placed the laundry room off the kitchen & added a separate door to the back patio. The one & only thing I would change is to make the back patio area bigger/wider to have space for a BBQ grill or larger outdoor table & chairs. Everything else is perfect - well done!

I agree with Nancy 100%. This house is almost perfect. Generous kitchen, dining and living room. Amazing laundry room, Nice bathrooms. I would love to see a screen porch in the back and a little bigger outdoor space. The only thing I dislike is the brick but I suppose you have options for exterior finishes.

This is truly a beautiful house. It would be perfect if there was a bathtub in the master bedroom. I, also like split bedrooms for more privacy. This is a stunning design. Well done.

Muchas Gracias, me gusta el diseño, los jardines rodeando la casa, el detalle del caminito para llegar a casa, la ventilación, iluminación, circulación; solamente unos detalles: por seguridad no consideraría las dos sillas delante de la cocina, por un tema de seguridad, no es adecuado lugar para sentarse delante de la cocina; los colores de los marcos de las ventanas los cambiaría por color madera o canela y así las paredes color blanco con ventanas color madera o canela, tendrían un contraste más cálido y con más luz y un ambiente más relajante y cálido; el color de las paredes del baño lo cambiaría por blanco; el espacio afuera de casa cerca al zócalo del jardín es un bonito y útil detalle. A wonderful house project. Just for myself, I would make not wardrobes in the bedrooms, but small walk-in closets with ventilation. The house is excellent! Bravo!👍

Da, lijepa kućica. A ja a baš gledam kako bih stavio jednu malu kuću na moju "djedovinu" u Dalmaciji. Samo, ja bih ipak još jednu sobu (iako mi baš i ne treba). Gledam montažne kućice. Ali montažna ili ne, sve to dođe dosta skupo.

As a Swede, the entrance has not enough room for outerwear, shoes, coats etc, just a few buttons. (?) When the family members comes home from work/schools or the guests show up, where will they hang their jackets? In the living room? In the kitchen?
Otherwise, I think the house is wonderful.

I have some pet peeves about floorplans that others tend to like. I can't stand when someone can stand at my front door and see into my house and even through to the backyard. This seems to be what most homeowners prefer according to HGTV programming.
