That's so cool. I went to my first Rangers game 34 years ago and I can still remember Nolan Ryan grunting and the pop in the catcher's mitt; Ken Griffey Jr. homering off Nolan but a "Hello Win Column" at the end of the game. The sights and sounds of that night are still with me.
If the big bats on this team can find a way to wake up like last year, it could get crazy in the second half especially if we get some of those injured pitchers back. We are still competing thanks to guys like Josh Smith, Wyatt Langford and most of the pitching staff.
Rangers are getting healthy 👀👀 Uhhh ohhhh. If Scherzer comes back pitching well with Nate, Gray, Heaney, Dunning all pitching well AND we will get Degrom back in the next couple months??? I think we're still good to make a deep playoff run
But only if Garcia, Heim, and Taveras can find a way to contribute offensively. All three are hovering around the Mendoza line. We also need Seager and Semien to stay consistent which they seem to be doing now.
@@bdsjr32 Theres too many good hitters in that order not to put up runs. Especially with Jung coming back. I think this season is gonna be more having better pitching than outscoring everyone
Great problem to have. They will not take Smith out of the batting lineup for any reason. He's one of the main things that's kept them afloat. They might alternate the two defensively for awhile and use Smith for the same thing with Seager and Semien if they get banged up or need rest. Seager is always on the verge of injury.
Taveras needs to go. I feel like theres other teams that would be a better fit for him. Carter in LF, langford in CF, garcia in RF. Jung at 3rd. Smith DH/alternates with jung.
Maybe now but we didn't in the late 1970's. If it wasn't for KC, there would have been some really cool Rangers and Yankees ALCS highlights back then. Reggie Jackson still would have eaten our pitcher's lunch but at least we would have had some glory.
First ever Rangers game, and ended out with a win, one of the best days of my life and I’ll for sure remember it.
That's totally awesome.

Nice win for sure.
How cool was it to see Wyatt langfords grand slam 😮
@@johnbushart7589That was awesome for sure
The Smith/Langford series. I like it.
That was the first rangers game I’ve been too I’m glad it was this good of a game
Yall picked a great first game!
Good stuff!
Langford is coming along at the right time. Just need Carter and Jung back
Yea.
Jung should be back Monday of next week
@@haydenthrower4710 if all goes well 🤞
I’m a really big jung fan and loved him since he was in college but smith might take his spot
Langford slam, hell yes!
Let’s go Rangers!!! Jon Gray for Cy Young! Called it in April!!!
Wyatt Langford is insane!
He's heating up, starting to look like the guy from spring training we thought he was gonna be.
Always good to get a series win.
We heating up! Once Adolis gets out of his slump we will be a wrecking ball 🏆

Wyatt Langford rookie of the year
Best Day of my life Rangers won🎉
Are we finally hot?

LETS GO WYATT❤🎉🎉
Go Rangers🤠!
Been saying this for a while. Langford will be the next big thing
Gray has gone from the heart attack maker to a legit ace. Seager hasn't looked right all year, wonder whats up.
his nuts dropped
He keeps on getting hurt and it’s messing up his groove
He has looked right. Just not right now
What do you mean all year? He had a month where he was the best player in baseball. Before that he was coming off surgery and his tweaked his hammy.
He was on a monster tear and got hurt again and he's back to looking rough. If Texas is truly gonna turn it around him and Garcia need to wake up.
a win on my 21st birthday, lets go rangers
Said it before, I'll say it again.
Get to .500 in early July, and we are good.
Wyatt 🅱️angford
Lol❤
Thats called a winning streak....it has happened before.
8:25 BOP
Ok, where are we going to play Jung when he gets back? DH? Don't think we want to take Smith out. What do ya'll think?

I went to that game
Trade Taveras for some bull pin arms plug smith in LF and Langford in CF once Jung is back at 3B

do we just own KC i guess?
