@DFW817 Yes and it's time for some sports writers to quit saying the Rangers need to trade away players to make other teams better. Those clowns should educate their favorite teams on how to acquire players like the Rangers did last year.
@@neohuerta713 IF they are out of it by the end of the month they will trade off the free agents to be, as they should. You can't fall in love with players as a GM, CY will evaluate the team and make the proper move(s).
@LinkRocks I see your point, I'm still going to cross my fingers none are traded. I prefer winning. I realize it's been tough so far but the nucleus is there to get in contention soon

AL second basemen have just been so bad this season
His glove is all star worthy so it's not a total WTF choice. The players decided, not the fans so that means more to me.
Young shortstops in gunner and Bobby Witt that it’s just not his year to make it that’s ok he’s an all star regardless, and I’m glad our guys will get some time off to rest and the only other second basemen remotely worthy is y’all know who

For years the Rangers seemed to tire out around the All Star game, lately they seem to be just now waking up. Must be the closed roof stadium they have now.

The Rangers need a better outfield coach. Langford and Tavares prove it. These are two great athletes who do not read fly balls well off the bat. If I were their fielding coach I would show them 50 balls to chase over their shoulder at different angles and fifty to run in on at different angles every practice chance I had. I would have them field their position in every batting practice. The key to being a great outfielder is knowing how to track the ball. This is not any easy thing for most. It takes intense focus from the time the ball is pitched. Footwork in reaction to the angle the ball travels off the bat. Langford is not reading the ball very well. With his athleticism he should be making more plays.
Keep this run going and let's be buyers at the trade deadline, not sellers.

Hes starting to look like rougned odor did after his big season. Odor got a big head, got cocky, and lost all dicipline at the plate. Started swingin for the fence every single time and just endin up chasing and striking out. I hope Garcia gets a hold of himself and continues working on fundamental baseball. We dont always need a homerun. We just need to keep the line moving.

I’m still upset that no Texas Ranger was voted to the American League team!!! I can’t believe it!!!!! Why is that?!?!?!?!?!?!?? And what’s worse, the AL team has 2 Houston Astros on it!!!!!!! I can just imagine them giving the Rangers fans the middle finger when they come out!!!!
