Gosh, I thought my family were the only ones who enjoyed Ray Conniff music. Usually when I mention Ray Conniff I hear, "who?". Some of my most precious and dearest memories are of me and my sister and my parents sitting around on the basement floor in front of the stereo listening to the Ray Conniff albums. I still listen to his music all the time. I don't think my dad could really handle listening to it now since my mother passed. He has a hard time listening to certain music or watching certain shows and she has been almost five years. December 21 will be five years. Her funeral was the day after Christmas. We still keep certain family traditions alive in honor of my mom, at Christmas. I am so very sorry for your loss, Laurette.

My Moms Birthday was December 22, we lost her in 1998 to breast cancer. We use to listen sitting around the stereo in the living room. I still have a few of his albums , I split them with my sisters.
