This is an official collaboration with Sobha Limited for their project Sobha City located in Sector 108, Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon. Pls throw some light on the maintenance charges which you pay per month and also the water supply source (borewell, municipal supply), power cut tome in summer months....

I am a pround owner in Tower B2 for which Sobha recently received OC from the state govt., I booked the flat in early 2017 when it was a raw piece of land, its been more than 5.5 years and I must say that Sobha has been very transparent in their dealings and overall communication with buyers. My frd have a flat in C3- in your review C3 structure was fully created and now i see the same thing .. which action has been performed-- Is sobha moving construction very slow..even the club house is not yet ready.. any idea why this is happing.. i was looking to book flat in sobha but seeing this speed i need to think again.. will wait for your answer ?
C3 tower is completely sold out sir. Structure is ready and internal finishing work is going on. Your friend who is owner must be getting regular updates from Sobha directly about the internal activities. One question.. as I can see there is a yellow demarcation between phase 1 & 2. Will all open areas and amenities will be open for all residents or will it be phase wise. For ex they introduced vista green theme.. will it be accessible to all residents/ only phase 2 residents ?

I have my flat in C4, I was confused by yellow demarcation that they shown in master plan.
C4 location is good. That demarcation is just to show the area of last phase. I hope now there is no confusion.

Any other restrictions which are there in sobha and not in others? Is PNG available or allowed? Which broadband and cable is available or allowed?
