    This is an official collaboration with Sobha Limited for their project Sobha City located in Sector 108, Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon. SOBHA City Gurgaon, an integrated township sprawling across 39 acres (1,57,827 sq m), is located near the Dwarka Expressway. This landmark address features 8.5 acres (34,398 sq m) of open park, 1-acre resort-style lakelet, a 90-metre-dia cricket ground, over 50 top-notch amenities, and 2 clubhouses spread across 50,000 sq. ft. After successfully selling 14 towers, home to over 1,100 families, SOBHA City Dwarka Expressway is now launching its final phase - the Vista Residences that offer Lutyens’ inspired amenities and spacious homes. The starting price of apartment in SOBHA City is Rs. 3.2 Cr.     Dear Prakhar…I own a flat in B2 and there were time when I thought of selling it. Your videos have instilled a sense of trust in the brand and I held on to it since 2018. Looking at the prices now and the finished product, I am happy that I made a good choice. U have been a guiding force to thousands of people who have dreamt of their own house on the expressway. I don’t know if this job has got u a lot of money, but u my friend have earned a lot of good will, blessings, friends and followers..❤

      Hello Manish sir, you made the best choice by buying home in Sobha City and your decision of not selling it absolutely right. Good things should be appreciated and that's what I did sir with complete honesty. I really want other developers to match upto the quality of Sobha. Money is not a priority for me and in this process of followups for Dwarka Expressway I have exhausted my savings but did what I can with full passion and dedication sir. I am happy God picked me for this task and the task is almost completed. I am a pround owner in Tower B2 for which Sobha recently received OC from the state govt., I booked the flat in early 2017 when it was a raw piece of land, its been more than 5.5 years and I must say that Sobha has been very transparent in their dealings and overall communication with buyers.     My frd have a flat in C3- in your review C3 structure was fully created and now i see the same thing .. which action has been performed-- Is sobha moving construction very slow..even the club house is not yet ready.. any idea why this is happing.. i was looking to book flat in sobha but seeing this speed i need to think again.. will wait for your answer ?

    One question.. as I can see there is a yellow demarcation between phase 1 & 2. Will all open areas and amenities will be open for all residents or will it be phase wise. For ex they introduced vista green theme.. will it be accessible to all residents/ only phase 2 residents ?

    Pls throw some light on the total maintenance charges, Also the water supply source (borewell, municipal supply), power cut time in peak summer months, electricity per unit cost for meter and backup both, does sobha allow to get the interiors done from outside contractors/vendors? Any other restrictions which are there in sobha and not in others? Is PNG available or allowed? Which broadband and cable is available or allowed?

      Bhai exporting a long video in 4k takes too much time, during that time system can't be used for any other work so it's loss of productive hours. Once I buy another high end PC I'll surely do that.
