Building step by step has challenges and owners mostly will not give the exact figure mostly a normal three bedroom house will cost from ksh 2.8m and above according to the measurements of the building and another factor is the finishing of the house. In the case of this house, the owner is an interior designer so he is doing work on his own. Hope I have answered your question well. Thanks for watching and God bless
