The orange wire is a tool to fish the pull handle from the inside outside the bumper. I did not use it because on a model y, it was easy to insert the pull handle without fishing it.

The orange cable with the metal ends, I think you called it fish line. I didn't see you install that, where does it go?

If you are installing on a model 3, definitely you need to use the orange fishing line as a tool.
