Thank you so much ma'am. This worked.
Glad to hear it!!
Unfortunately this did not help it is still going to the https boot. I don't even have the windows boot manager. Just uefi https boot, onboard nic (ipv4) & onboarding nic (ipv6). What did you do to fix the problem?
What happens when you run the diagnostic? Did everything pass?
@@EggheadFixers No unfortunately, it will keep saying "hard drive is not installed" every time I restart or run the diagnostics, but there's nothing loose or disconnected. Is there a solution to this?
@@jaytubetv7917 It's most likely that you need a new hard drive. Sometimes when a hard drive really dies the motherboard doesn't read it as being installed. Here is a video on how to replace your hard drive and install an operating system:

@@EggheadFixers Is there a way to do a simple fix like updating the BIOS? Can you do a video of how to fix the "hardware not installed 2000-0155" error message for Dell Latitude 5430? I do not think anything is damaged, but I would like to know if you know any troubleshoots to resolve the issue. Thank you.
@@jaytubetv7917 I'll pass that suggestion on. Thanks

Well, it worked! Thanks a lot
You're welcome!
In my computer there was another option causing this issue - it was "disabled" all internal drives after BIOS update (no AHCI nor RAID). I had to enable "AHCI" (in my configuration) and this allowed me to boot from internal SSD.
Good job troubleshooting!! Thanks for sharing
Thank you very much, many thanks

My boot sequence only have a UEFI HTTPs Boot. Only this option what can i do?
In that case you can skip to the next step in the video. What happens when you run the diagnostic? Does everything pass?
Same with me ??
On diagnostic test it shows hard drive not installed
@@amandhillon2198 In that case first I would try what we call reseating the hard drive which means unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Then rerun the diagnostic. If that does not work then it's most likely that you need a new hard drive. Sometimes when a hard drive really dies the motherboard doesn't read it as being installed.
