Thank you all so much for watching! If you or someone you know needs a no chew diet please share this out. After having full mouth surgery and needing a no chew diet for a couple of weeks I saw the need for the development of good nutritional meals. Although they are no chew dishes we don't have to sacrifice taste!
I just watched this and it is amazing! I have dysphasia (difficulty swallowing) solid foods and I will make this. If you can do more videos on purée meals I would truly appreciate it. Thank You 😊
That salad was so good! Whole family enjoyed this meal. We all go no-chew for dinner as my 9yr old heals from a broken jaw and this & the chicken pot pie felt like eating a 'real' meal
I love that your whole family is joining in eating what your son has to eat. What a great idea. He doesn’t feel “weird”, and you get to experience what he’s going through.
@@CookingAtPamsPlace thank you so much for this video. I just found your channel. Can you please do more no chew meals, so I can make them for elderly father.
I love sweet potato sure I will enjoy it. Dentist pulled out 5 tooth I feel miserable and very unfortunate haven’t eaten for a day cuz felt nauseous with my own blood. I appreciate your recipes
Thank you so much! I just had jaw surgery and have been living off of fruit smoothies, protein shakes and applesauce for the last 5 days! Now I feel like I can eat a regular tasting meal.
❤ Thank you so much for these ideas. i already made the salad and the meatloaf. I eat plant based and was able to easily modify your recipes. Two major oral surgeries down and another big one coming up and no teeth on top for 6 months. So many people need this. I work with elderly and disabled folks and many of my clients just cant manage chunky food. Keep the ideas coming and again thank you!
Hello from Australia. Thanks for this wonderful video. I am having stomach issues and in the process of waiting for surgery. Have been told to go on no chew diet. This video has made me so happy. Can’t wait to start cooking. ❤️❤️
Bless you, Ms. Pam! I had oral surgery and am sick of eating soup, jello, applesauce and babyfood! I'm going to try this and I'm sure it will be delicious. Finally I'll feel like I'm eating a REAL meal! 💗 I'm with you...I LOVE PICKLES!!! I love Dill, Sweet, Bread & Butter, Spicy, you name it. I even make them every year out of my garden cucumbers. 😋
Hi Ms. Pam, I just had oral surgery and several extractions Saturday. I’ve been drinking meal replacement shakes since then. Thank you for showing me options I had soft scrambled eggs this morning, meal replacement shake for lunch and mashed potatoes for dinner ( best meals I’ve had yet lol) then I found your video! It’s good stuff from here on out! ❤
My mom has been struggling getting her greens in due to a full extraction, and she's kinda stubborn lol. I'll definitely show this to her, hopefully she will at least try it!
Thank you so much! You taught me a lot. Having a quality processor is the key. The one I have now has been disappointing. I thought they were all the same until I saw your show. Your recipes are awesome! I am getting full-mouth dental implants. All together it will about a year and a half eating no chew foods. I have about another 6 months to go. I just saw your video. Made my day! Thanks 💗
Yes good equipment makes all the difference! A good blender will come in handy with no chew food too! I pray for a full and speedy recovery for you 🙏🏽 Thank you so much for your support!
I thought chewless for just over three months was bad. More and a year? I think Pam’s recipes are not only delicious, they’re also an inspiration for turning some of our favorite dishes chewable.
Oh my! Thank you so much! I found your videos by mistake and am so happy! I have some missing teeth due to illness, but my big thing is swallowing problems, I have real issues with eating because of it and could cry with happiness having found you! I am so very sick of the same tasting soups and protein shakes. Plus being pregnant it’s even harder to get nutrition in for me and bubba. Sending you all the love and gratitude in the world! May God bless you richly ❤️I’m off to look at all your videos! You’ve got a new biggest fan you really do x
Aaawwww thank you so much! I’m in the process of putting together ebooks for different things and with my no chew I never thought about people that had problems swallowing. I don’t know why I never thought about it because I have a grown son that still cannot take any pills because he just can’t swallow them so any medicine has to be liquid or chewable. And yes, I only have a couple exact no chew videos up but use the same concept for other meals. Just watch out for bad color combinations. Which don’t effect the taste if the color doesn’t bother you. What I did a lot at that time was to make my family their food and then scoop me out a portion and blend each portion separately. Ground meats work best. So glad you found my channel and welcome! ♥️♥️
I love you!!! ❤️ I had dental surgery June 22 (bottom teeth, All on Six), and am on chewless till Oct 2 😳! I am DEFINITELY going to make these three dishes, because I’m sick of mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, milkshakes, and pudding. I’m trying to be creative with dishes, like combining cooked (canned and drained) yams, carrots, and potatoes with broth and coconut milk, heating, and puréed, for soup, or mixing refried beans w/broth, topping with salsa, hot sauce, sour cream, and grated cheese. I can add your three dishes to the rotation.
Awesome glad you found me. Another thing I do regularly just because I like it. I will prepare a regular salad with whatever I want in it add regular salad dressing and throw it all in the blender after it’s made in the bowl and turn it into a smoothie! If I need a little more liquid I add milk a spoon full at a time! Thank you so much for your support
Keep in mind almost anything food or meal can be blended down. If you prepare it first. Cook it as usual the flavor will be there so it will taste good. Casseroles work wonders because it’s all mixed up anyway. Like lasagna, make it first then take a portion and blend it down. You may have to add a little liquid. But add the liquid a little at a time water or broths The downside in pureeing most foods is the color. I would get a couple of stainless steel cups the kind with a straw that you can’t see through and put it in there. Because most foods when blend can taste quite well but look a little off putting. You can also look up home made baby food for flavor combinations that work well. Best of luck to you and your son. Thank you so much for your support!
I found your channel yesterday. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am that there are more options than I thought were possible with a chewless diet. Thank you so much for doing this for all of us!!!

You have to chew onion, celery, and green peppers. I lost all my teeth to gum disease in 2009. People think they don't chew things. But once you can't chew, you find out how few foods you can eat.
I have subscribed to your channel but I am not recognized. It keeps telling me to subscribe ? I need some more of your no chew recipes, how do I find you? From a sunny south of France. Patricia
You can thin it out if he needs to work up to a thicker consistency to swallow. You can thin it down to even using some feeding tubes, (there are blended diet recipes online, but you have to be careful about meeting special nutrition requirements.) Once you know the basics you can alter it for a variety of needs medically.
Absolutely and you should add bread or crackers crushed up if making a regular meatloaf but in this no chew meal it is not necessary. The bread is used to keep the meatloaf moist. The ground meat will shrink and become tight if not added. Great question! Thanks for asking and thank you for your support!
