Vogue Paris visited her in her Parisian apartment to take a closer look inside her own bathroom to see what products she uses herself and get some special tips for treating our skin while we stay at home with all things oils, masks and massages.

No lie seeing her on Vogue and Net-a-Porter and watching face gym videos have inspired me to step up my facial game. But at the same time I think about how our grandmothers washed their faces and they didn't use all these expensive products but some of them have aged so beautifully so I think the key is to find a cleaning regimen that works for you and stick with it consistently whether the bottle is $80 or $5
Black people are typically blessed with superb genes. I struggle with expensive products when i look at my gene pool and lifestyle.
The key is a diet of REAL food that imparts vitamins and minerals, to feed the skin. After which the cleansing/moisturizing routine is the next step. I'm in my 60's but get pegged at my 50's and tell people that it's nutrition followed by skin care practices, that also do the job.
Heavy on the retrospective outlook, because fr our grandmothers are still fly.

J'adore Sophie et sa méthode de soin pour la peau, sans produit chimiques et gentil pour toutes types de peaux.
Attention, naturel ne veut pas dire que c’est mieux. L’huile essentiel sur la peau c’est à ne pas faire, c’est tout sauf gentil pour la peau. Pour l’aromathérapie c’est bien mais pas pour le visage. Bonjour l’irritation
