I’m a night shift nurse so a winter self care day for me lately is when I find a day I can wake up at a decent time, open my curtains and get some sunlight in my room, read and cuddle with my cat :)
My girls are 2 weeks old and it’s such a joy to watch your content and relate! I pumped for some of the video and then got a snack and finished it off cuddling one babe ❤❤

Thank you for always giving us the transparency. I don't have any desire to see nothing but a highlight reel of anyone's life. It isn't real. Honestly seeing only other people's happiness when I'm in a slump just makes it feel worse almost. Like, oh you're going to Bora Bora for the 3rd time? Can't relate lol. Lately I've been feeling rough mentally, and I don't feel like this all the time, but when I do, it feels like I'm doing something wrong in this life or I'm missing a key ingredient. I try to recharge myself in any way that finances and time will allow, but sometimes it's not enough and I'm at a loss. I scoop from the bottom and pour what's left to people who need it more. Is that the way it should be? Probably not, but it's my reality. Sometimes life really drains me. But thank you for always being a light for us. Even when you're feeling other than happy, you're still a light that strengthens others. Hope you get a Target day to yourself soon

It’s so hard to get back into self care after having kids! I love all of the little ways you are caring for yourself. So grid for you, your hubby , and the girls! I’ve been doing yoga everyday this month during my baby’s morning nap and it’s been such a great way to start my day. My older daughter (12) will do it with me too on the weekends:) loved seeing the girls interact on the floor! They are so cute
