Sheldon spent several hours in jail after mouthing off to a traffic court judge. That should count as being arrested. Penny was in the courtroom for that, so she shouldn’t have had to ask Sheldon when he was arrested.
You compared Raj to Charles Boyle, but I have to know, who do you think was worse in regards of getting overly-involved in someone else's pregnancy, Raj or Boyle? (But also, that bear would probably suffocate an infant, they'd have to wait until the kid was older to let them anywhere near it) Personally, I think Boyle's a little worse because he crosses the line more often between well-meaning and flat-out creepy, though I still like him.
I STILL feel weird about 9/11 jokes personally, but often that's more because one of my neighbors died than because I personally feel offended. It's definitely context-dependent, and a fine fine line. I have absolutely gotten blowback for calling out jokes like that before, especially online.
Definitely about context, a lot of people look to find offences. I try not to do that, but sometimes the subject is more personal to me, so I find that more difficult. I have 2 redhead children (adult now), but the no soul thing I would have found hilarious 😂
Leonard was smart. All men SHOULD have a secret bank account that a wife can't use for her ridicules spending. Penny already makes more then Leonard and she is showing that like with all women, it's the mans resources they care about. The fact she said "You know what I could have spent that money on!" Like hello, that's the problem. 80% if the GLOBAL economy is from women spending money.
