- Let's head back to the thrift store to see what we can find to decorate & style my home. I absolutely love thrifting and finding both vintage and high end home decor. Today, I found some nearly-new Lulu & Georgia throw pillows, a unique brass/wood book stand, alabaster, onyx & rattan catch-all pieces and more!!
I do hope you enjoy a quick browse at the thrift store with me. Decorating my home is always a thrill for me especially when the season changes and I can switch up colors and textures. I used almost every thing from this thrift store home decor haul today and shared some styling ideas!

I recently found 2 pewter candle holders with the finger holder. I’m gonna paint them bronze or brass….and now I need to find glass shades for them❤️

The brownish age stains on the horse prints is called “foxing”. Great video.
That was a great collection! Love your idea for the match holder. I enjoy when you show how you style these pieces. I feel the same way about cleaning these items🤣. If I find any books, I put them in a sealed freezer bag and put them in the freezer overnight - rids any Mold or dust mites.

Great thrifting n styling. The lamp is really really gorgeous. For the spoiled black lamp shade I would suggest to put some sort of a lace to cover the glue. Hope that makes sense 😅

I love older art, the equestrian horse at pieces are very nice, so pretty! I have one but would love to find several more! I think you nailed it on the meaning on the truck art.. pulling in 2 different directions. I definitely clean my things..i bought a large basket, and put it in the bathtub with hot water & vinegar. Sometimes they may have mold & you can't really tell, but vinegar will sterilize it! The book stand its gorgeous❤ Love the glass globe, so beautiful on your chamber candle holder! One been searching for snuffers too.. hopefully I'll soon start finding them😄 That last trinket box is stunning!! So is that flower arrangement❤ I adore old lamps, have collected quite a few😊 That one Is beautiful! Maybe you could cover this glue lines with black ribbon?? You scored some beautiful pieces..i wanted that pretty old floral chair at the end😄 Enjoyed!!

hi, do you wash the down pillow inserts along with the covers? Was curious about that part, thanks!
I do usually but these I put out in the sun one day on each side. I also forgot to mention that I don’t use the dryer for the covers, after washing I lay them flat to dry.
