Great review man! Very much enjoyed this review 👏🏼👏🏼 They look like a Novablast 5 / Superblast 2 / Adizero Evo SL type shoe. But enjoy your honest opinion that they don’t have a lot of pop on a run when you are feeling more tired
Thanks mate! They do look a lot like an SL, although it’s not Mizuno’s race XP foam. Like the evo SL is with adidas. I think it’s good though because it’s not just going to do all the work for you, which happens with some super trainers these days 🙌🏻
@@DaveTheRunner very well said! I mean I understand we can go out and buy a super trainer that is also plated. But at the same time it’s awesome companies are trying to make the most responsive plateless trainers like the Adizero SL and Superblast 2’s. I like how they seem a bit more versatile, are a bit softer and can be used for recovery runs a bit better, but can also pick up the pace
I'm a fan of the Neo Vista but I really want to try the EVO SL. Based on the outsole wear of the Neo Vista at 200 miles, I think the EVO SL may be more durable with the Continental rubber.
@@DaveTheRunnerthanks Dave, great review. A bit confused on rotating with Neo vista and Zen as the former can do everything that the Zen can ? Not sure. I've run close to 700k on the Neo vista and it was easily my most fav show for marathon training from 2024
@ I think if you’ve already got the vista then you won’t need to go out and get the zen. But if you want a cheaper version without a plate then go for the zen 🙌🏻
Love the colourway so kinda sad that its not releasing like that

@ it’s awesome 🙌🏻 definitely a good path to take for us runners
Been waiting for this!
Thanks for watching 💪🏻
It would be too bad if this color isn't sold widely cause it is 🔥🔥🔥
It’s a pretty banging colour hey!
new sub here Dave! how’s the fit of these compared to the magmax nitros? more snug or about the same?
Welcome my friend!
They fit more snug but in a more comfortable way
Great review! Is it the same size as neo vista sir??
Thanks! It’s a little less narrow in the toebox but otherwise the same
@DaveTheRunner thank you sir🙇♂️

I really want to try it too! 🙌🏻
My vistas are at 600km+ and still looking good
It looks a little too soft from the video, how supportive would you say compare to others in this price range?
They are pretty soft but not too much 🤝🏼 they have a pretty wide base and the grooves seem to keep my ankles in check.
6 mm drop ..., and plateless. hmmm, I am interested. super fresh.
so I am thinking 160-165 USD... that is competitive. going to be tough
Very interesting indeed 🙌🏻
$150 USD, super competitive pricing!
@@OlieSimpson 👏🏼
Hey nice review, this or Neo Vista ?
Which do you prefer ?
Depends on your budget! I like the look of these better. But the vista will protect you more and is a bit comfier underfoot imo
Will this mystery colourway be available to buy in Australia? Only seeing the other colourway launched yesterday on Mizuno store for now
I don’t think so 👎🏼

Would you take these or Neo vista for threshold work on the track? I’ve heard Neo vista can feel a little awkward cornering in the oval
Hmm 🤔 idk if I would really want either tbh.
2:07 - yep pretty much lol
Hahah it was great
