The Isley brothers have been making hit records, since the 50’s they have been relevant in the music industry for over 60 years, their in the rock and roll hall of fame, so any song you choose from their catalog will be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The Isleys are ICONIC. They have multiple hits, Summer Breeze, Harvest for the World is my favorite. As of last year, the group was still performing. Ronald Isely the original member and lead singer is 79 years old and still sounds great. Other members consist of children of original members or cousins. The Isely Brothers career spans over seven decades.

The Isley brother's have been around since the 50's and one of the bands that influenced the Beatles. Generations of talent within the family has kept the music fresh and still influential.
    Suggestions
Chicago - 25 or 6 to 4 and/or Make me smile. Terry Kath IMHO 2nd best guitarist ever.
Yes - Roundabout i promise you its like nothing you have ever heard and your head will explode.
Jethro Tull - Locomotive Breath again something you never heard anything like it.

Growing up in the 70's, my teen years, I was all in when it came to rock n roll. It's my main staple of music listening.
Back then it was popular to listen to the radio. AM actually broadcast the mainstay of music listening. For me it was WLS and WCFL out of Chicago.
Incorporated with all the rock on the rock stations, Motown and songs like this were implemented into the menu. I was fortunate to be exposed to all that great music. Why I still love it to this day

Back in the day we had the hippest disco called the Lighthouse. It had a huge dance floor with frosted nylon floor panels that had programmed colored lights beneath them. So cool. They always kicked the festivities off with this song. Psychedelic, flashing multi colored floor panels moving in designed patterns, huge mirrored ball hanging from the ceiling with spotlights on it, then the strobe lights came in making the dancers look like unearthly robots, and......oh......the ladies....Ahhhhh

The Isley Brothers are an American musical group originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, that started as a vocal trio consisting of brothers O'Kelly Isley Jr., Rudolph Isley and Ronald Isley in the 1950s. With a career spanning over seven decades, the group has been cited as having enjoyed one of the "longest, most influential, and most diverse careers in the pantheon of popular music".
In 1973, the Isleys released "3 + 3", which included the Top 10 hit single "That Lady" and a UK Top 10 cover of "Summer Breeze". Incorporating hard rock and folk-rock as well as funk and soulful balladry, the album became their breakthrough hit, eventually selling over two million copies.
The following year, the album Live It Up reached gold. In 1975, the brothers made one of their most successful recordings, The Heat Is On, which featured the hits "Fight the Power" and "For the Love of You", and became their first album to reach number 1 on the Pop LP chart, going double-platinum at two million copies sold.

I just learned that this 1973 song was a seventies reworking of a song they originally had a hit with in 1963. They had hits from the late 1950s through the mid-1990s. Their seventies stuff really shows some great guitar work. Songs from this late sixties-seventies period you'd probably like are "It's Your Thing" (1969), one of the songs most associated with them; "Pop That Thang" (1972); "Live It Up" (1974); "Fight the Power" (1975); "Livin' in the Life" (1977); "Take Me to the Next Phase" (1978); and "It's a Disco Night" (1979). In the early seventies, they also had hits with some excellent covers of songs by contemporary artists like Bob Dylan, War, Stephen Stills, and Seals and Croft.

What'd I tell ya, Lil Bruh? !!!!! That was Ernie Isley on guitar, the only serious rival to Jimi Hendrix after he passed, honest to God. Next, the extended dance jam they did of "Fight the Power." And of course, you gotta check out Funkadelic ("Maggot Brain" -- another extended psychedelic guitar jam, but slower than "Who's That Lady" -- and "One Nation Under a Groove"), Ohio Players ("Love Rollercoaster" and "Skin Tight"), and The Gap Band ("You Dropped a Bomb on Me" and "Shake").
