How can I add new data to the existing spreadsheet? For example, I try to use the same graphs to track month over month. Thank you

Hey Cecilia, "For example, your resource table contains data of months Jan through Mar. You load it to Power Bi desktop by Get Data from fileA.
Now you have the new values from the month of April in another fileB, that you want to add to Power BI desktop, You can use the Append function to Append fileA and fileB into one table.
Append means results of two (or more) queries (which are tables themselves) will be combined into one query"
      Hope this helps!

I want to create custom measures like
Sum(sales) where year 2018 and product =A and country =India .. so how to edit the expression ?
    Am new to powerbi

Hey Suresh, "You can add custom column by replacing the calculated columns/measures, then use the values from these columns to add rows.
For example, calculating sum of any scenario-specific column can be achieved by this formula in query editor
      #""Added Custom"" = Table.AddColumn(#""Changed Type"", ""Custom"", each List.Sum(Table.SelectRows(#""Changed Type"", each [Scenarios.Scenario Key]=""Actual"")[Amount]))"
      Hope this helps!
