The main purpose of Power BI desktop (or any self service BI for that matter) is that it provides non-technical end users with tools for data visualization unlike SSRS or Cognos, where you need software engineers to build reports on.

Hi Janardhan, There's a QR code that is generated on the server every time you upload a report there. You can share the QR code with the person you want to share your dashboard with.
