I prefer city utilities (water / sewer) and electric for the kitchen (induction stove) but prefer gas for heating. As for Mt views. YES, I have been blessed with great views growing up in Colorado and living in Alaska and would really miss mountains. I was plesantly supprized with the views in Pheonix the first time I visited (as an adult). I could live there! It's not the same as Colo or Alaska, but very nice.
