Yes i agree most people really rush through games but i love that she explores and speak to people which is sometimes not necessary for the game progress but just to add something more to the playthrough, this has been very enjoyable so far, the game could perhaps explain some things more clearly like changing the appearance for the gear so if you don't like the looks of a certain gear you could just change the looks, i found myself having to destroy gear quite often which is a bit of a shame in case i would have received something really nice, the merlin trials are very important to take on because there will be a lot less hassle
this is my fav playthrough of the game mainly bc of the exploring tbh, it's fun watching someone else appreciate the small little details & not try to speed through the whole game
There are a few good playthroughs like this. Theres a streamer woman who is on like her 7th episode of a 7 hour stream and is hardly anywhere through the story 😂.

I have to say I really like how they did Forbidden forest. I accidentally stumbled there at night and basicly steam ran through it as fast as I could 😅I was DYING
I have Arachnophobia and was terrified to go into the Forbidden Forrest, but I actually think this game has helped desensitize me, just slightly to the sight of spiders. The first time though I got into a battle with them was probably the worst it could be. I didnt see the red marker on the minimap telling me one was behind me so it jumped on me from behind and scared the living daylights out of me lol.
dont know how far you are but there's one quest that kept me on edge cause i too have arachnophobia.

I've found watching tarantula feeding videos on youube to be super helpful for desensitizing my arachnophobia. And you have the full control when you stop watching if it gets to be too much.

Ok so it's refreshing to see someone who shares the same phobia. I'm literally trying my hardest to get my mental right to fight them. To this day I haven't watched those scenes from the 2nd movie. I'm seriously either gonna have to play that part from another room or have my sister beat it for me 😫😫😫

In case you haven't noticed, in addition to changing appearance, you can toggle the hood on your cloak (for cloaks that have one) with the triangle.
Shows up in the forbidden forest and just starts cleaning house and destroying everyone, I love it lol
22:33 You didn't realise it but, if you use Levioso on a Scurriour when it's attempting to burrow it will one shot it. This is just one example of clever uses of spells on enemies, so keep ypur eeyes peeled, the game will hint you!
Watched a playthrough last week, and they only did the main quest and only finished 50% of everything. I really appreciate the fact that you're exploring everything and doing all this game has to offer!

You know in the settings you can actually turn on a certain setting if you have Arachnaphobia. Not sure what it turns the spiders into in the game as I never tried it out myself.
@@BelegCuthali0nthey become really low poly creatures, kinda just smooth circles. Still in the shape of the spiders, but no legs (the feet are just detached and they have roller skates). It definitely helps 😂

Also pro tip: chat to the professors between classes and you'll get their backstories. Each one is detailed and unique, definitely worth the detour!
You seem very patient with this game. Lots of people are impatient and just go through the quest while you take your time and explore without your ambition getting in the way. I think you truly are a hufflepuff
I’ve been watching a few people but honestly her channel is my favorite because she makes it feel like we are together playing it and i find her hilarious
please remember BEFORE you do the mission for the Room of Requirement to have your Depulso Spell! you will need it to NOT lose out on some important chests and gold in the Room of requirement. you have to get to them before you find the house elf Deek or lose them forever! to get them is a logic puzzle using Depulso and Accio.
Against the egg sacs, use 'Incendio' at close range. It is Very effective. But, if you don't want to mix it up, Use the Fire ball spell for a long rang attack. A combo of Glacia and Confinto will destroy them in a one-two punch.

PSA: in one of the setting menus, at the bottom, is a setting for Arachnophobia. (Apparently changing it spider monsters to something "less scary")

miranda, make sure to keep your gear up to date, you can wear hats/face accessories and make them invisible through the "change appearance" menu

I love how slow you go through the game, checking every little thing, and not skipping anything! 🤩😍 I'm watching another guy, and he is so faaar in the story, with advanced brum, flying around and on level 23 xD it's ridiculous how many chests he's not noticing, rushing, so frustrating to watch 🙈

Btw you can change the appearance of your clothing items and even make it invisible, so do wear those glasses and hat because it gives you more armor points

I love playing this game and I'm really impressed with how creepy they made the forbidden forest feel.
it was always somewhat funny to me that this game is basically a 15 year old goes to a new school, and immediately starts murdering dozens of thugs in the local forest.

Watching your facial expressions when the small details appear is so awesome. It's that dopamine hit from knowing most players won't notice but that I'm not alone in my appreciation!
But damn does it hurt seeing people not even look at the unfortunately named Room of Requirement tree. They are legit so strong!

You actually gave me the confidence to go through the Forest! There is so many cool things to explore! I'm not really afraid of the Forest at night but I highly dislike Spiders it's just the way they move that freaks me out and the speed so the combination just freaks me out but I want to fight the troll and all that! You're getting so good at combat too! I've enjoyed every episode of this playthrough that I just want to spend time playing alongside you and watching the playthrough it's honestly so much fun! ☺
Did you know spiders move hydraulically? They move blood through their limbs to move.
One thing to learn is that if you're fighting spiders, use fire. Those eggs, hit with fire, not basic cast.

When you start a fight, keep an eye on the lower right side of your screen. Special combat objectives will show up there, and if you complete them, you can get bonus XP.
I love watching everyone play this game. Each streamer does their own thing, and you can watch them all and still see new things! Thanks for uploading your experience so we can watch!
Here are a couple of things I learned:
In my research, I learned that the demiguise is a creature who can tell the future. This is the symbol that's on those puzzle doors you like solving. They are associated with the number 0. So the 0 symbols on the doors are not owls. Interesting!
Secondly, in one of your videos, when fighting an Inferi for the first time, the info box disappeared before you got a chance to read it. It was telling you that if you roast them with the fire spell, it'll weaken them, and then your other spells will cause more damage to the creature!
I've enjoyed all the gameplay so far, I enjoy your reactions and the enjoyment from you. I love this game, and I love this character development. Thank you so much for giving the warning for Arachnophobia!

That phobia will come rigth back when you try to get close to a full grown Tarantula, Black widow, Goliath, or Giant Huntsman IRL. But if you're lucky all this work might help you run when you do, rather than just freezing in abject terror.
There is a photo mode if you have it installed in PC and have the NVidia GeForce experience! It is amazing, you can change the focus depth, field of view, etc. I had bunch of them saved here and there, the world is so beautiful, especially with teh autumn and winter season, equally spring is pretty

As someone who has a mild case of arachnophobia, I thought the forest was going to be the worst of the spider fights and was feeling pretty good about moving forward. That was the case until I had to search for Tobbs....
I'm honestly proud of myself getting through these quests. Aracnophobia is mostly to blame on my mom being so afraid of spiders, that it has just stuck with me throughout my life. I never got through the first hour of Skyrim because of them, but I couldn't let it prevent me from enjoying Hogwarts Legacy, so for me, this was a true story of me overcoming my fears. I still avoid any spider caves if I'm able to at this point though. I'll gladly fight them out in the open where I can keep them at a distance.
Loving your playthrough so far. Just started and a few videos in. I wanted to let you know incase you didn't figure it out yet, but you should equip gear in every slot. It helps with damage and defence. You can always change the look of each piece incase you don't like the original look of the item. You can also make the piece not show at all. That wY you get the stats and still have the look you want.

With that Merlin trial you need to take those flies (the green) to the Pilars using your wand light (lumos). To get through walls you need depulso.
Just a combat tip for ya Miranda. You do not need to cast Levioso first and then Accio to bring the enemies close to you to then hit with Incindio. Just pull them to you with Accio and then Incindio. That saves Levioso if you need it and you do the same amount of damage. Using Levioso before Accio 9 times out of 10 is just a wast of time and a spell used. Keep up the great work!
You can use the potions station in the Potions classroom to brew any potion you have a recipe and ingredients for.
I just wanted to say thank you for that beautiful playthrough. I love how you are exploring everything and not just walk through the game to unlock avada kedavra. Also for my fellow people with arachnophobia there are mods available for PC that make spiders look like something else. They are on nexus.
I know not everyone likes to use mods but I thought some might want to take the opportunity.

As spiders pop up very often throughout the game and different variations of them I thought it useful to mention the mods. Also on Reddit people started a list with all the quests containing spiders so that you can either avoid them or be prepared.

The one good thing is that gear and appearance are Separate. Even if you sell an item you still get to use that item's appearance. If you like an item but find stronger gear you can still sell that item and keep the appearance of the item without sacrificing strength
Btw - you can also just zap the blue gems with your regular attack. Reducto is less convenient and more time consuming

Remember to use L1 during combat to throw out the chomping cabbages, they'll help fight the enemy. Though you are doing very well in the combat so far.
I just did this myself and we made the same complaints lol 😆 give me a photo mode and I had inventory issues too I been doing those Merlin trials as I find them but I need more space! I like how you also felt bad for the fuzzy little animals in the forest with the lock I still don’t have a way to do that though but I’m trying! I am gonna save them 🥹

Watching your videos and waiting for ps4 release. Seeing your expressions on your gameplay make the experience all that better. And the fact youre so calm. Have you played the witcher 3? Its a great game with good combat and is open world. Has lots of lore behind it too!
According to Google, the Jackdaw is a type of Crow. Though I only knew it was a bird because of a fanfic. Also mallowsweet or Althaea Officinalis was actually used as a herbal remedy.
You'll also learn it if you play AC: Blackflag from non other than Blackbeard himself 😁
