    Sorry for the late reply. If you watch the video again, I am hovering over the Adjustments panel and I clicked on the Gradient Map icon which is on the bottom row, second in from the left. You can also access the panel by going to the top menu and selecting Layer-New Adjustment Layer_Gradient Map. I hope this helps.
