- While contemplating this week’s video, I came across a quote by Paulo Coelho. It goes like this:
Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you.
In this week’s video, get in touch with the call of your soul, your Authentic Self. As you receive this Reiki energy, contemplate the culturally created parts of yourself that were influenced by parents, teachers and culture. As you do so, ask your soul to show you your authentic self. You may see glimpses of gifts you had as a child but that were discouraged by others. What if you let those gifts grow now? You may also discover gifts you never realized you had within you. Will you allow yourself to get curious about them? Move toward them?
And what if, by removing the mask, the costume, the charade, you felt so much lighter, more adventurous, happier?

Very nice session! I agree that instead of chasing the answers and energies outside of ourselves, we need to look at the light within ourselves.
