I understand that time is precious and limited in a test, but the examiner could at least let the examinee express himself and expand on his answers a bit more instead of cutting him in

There is one important question.
Recently one tutor told me that
The way you talk is good and you talked about the topic and you have used variety of less common words. However those words are not topic related so it is not good .
I will show you what I used
The question was
"Describe an activity that is boring and you have to do"
I just said I have to work in a restaurant however I am a computer science student
These are the words that I used:
Have a nack for
Quick-witted
Prominent and eminent figure
Not compatible with my taste and talent
...
Finally he said despite they are less common but not related to the "boring"
Is that statement right?

So basically my speaking test was on 29 August
And I got a cue card in part 2 that
" Describe that you leaned something useful (Driving a car ,Cook a special dish )"
So when I got the one minute to prepare my notes over cue card , I asked the examiner that should I include the both options of car and cooking?
He replied " your wish and check the questions"
Now my question - Is there will be any negative impact on my score for asking that one question in speaking test ?
Or is it valid ?
Got my exam in 2 hours wheew speaking has never been strongest capability

Customer service make you wait in queue ?
I believe yes infact in my country where load shedding and soaring inflation is the biggest hassle, people have to roam around offices every now on them and they end up waiting in queue forever because of augmenting cases against supplies. I suggest, technology should be incorporated in this sector of society since customer service is indispensable to one's need .. it should be enjanc and more tailored towards people's preference, making it accessible nationwide (my prompt speaking response can anyone evaluate or guess my bands I'm very jumpy)

Some questions are boring and tricky, I don't want to answer them in my language , you want to let us expand in English? some questions have been asked out of real life communication, what is the meaning of your IELTS speaking? take the exam more , you can earn more money right ? want to make money go against conscience ?
