    in Egypt we never put potatoes in fridge, I loved the video it`s cute

    Hello Satchan , here we eat lots of potatoes ( and very little rice ) and we are taught that potatoes don't go into the fridge ..,cold is bad for them . And they also don't need to stay in water before cooking , they can if they need to wait before you are ready to cook . Différent countries , different habits ... funny isn't it ?

      Hi,Thank you for watching😊Actually, even in Japan, it is said that it is not a good idea to store potatoes in the fridge.😅The reason why potatoes are placed in water is to prevent discoloration and remove the scum.

    Super interesting and looks delicious as always.
    I wonder, when you plate the foods, there is often some leftovers. What do you do with them, do you use as lunch, or in another meal? I would be interested to see how you use them.
