I nearly cried when I saw the kitchen, maybe it's not the fanciest one you have shown us, but it's spacious and big and open! I love it. My kitchen can fit in that kitchen 3 times.
That was another cool find, wonder if the new developers bought them out ,except for needing some upgrades that house was in perfect shape ,something i noticed in a lot of the videos people seemed to leave behind their washer and dryers don't know why they just donate them if they don't want them. I just bought new front loaders set me back 2 grand.
I'll never understand why homes like this are demolished. I guess I feel the way I do because my spouse and I worked throughout our entire marriage and raised our children but were never able to afford even a small home. The best we were ever able to afford was a doublewide mobile home and after living here for as long as we have it is showing its age as much as we are. Our kids are grown and have kids of their own and although we both are frugal, college graduates who worked diligently all our lives, we could not afford a home that was site built (not manufactured).
Don’t feel bad 😞 I stay in a 2000 square foot mobile home paid 85k for it in 2020 it’s now worth 188k has full tape and texture walls everywhere hand laid tile walk in shower 🧼 we love it
This is an incredible house 🏠🏠 unfortunately sad to see it getting demolished .. definitely got the 80s vibe.with the carpet through out the home with the salmon , moth color carpet . I see no reason to tear this one down , its alot younger than me . i love this house and layout . nice big kitchen thank you Ethan for taking all us with you on this awesome home tour .peace ✌️✌️✌️ out
Absolutely gorgeous ❤❤ The layout of this house was beautiful. I just loved everything about this house. Thanks for another amazing adventure. Stay safe and I can’t wait to see the next adventure. 💙🏡💙🏡💙🏡💙🏡
Super nice home, perfectly persevered 80’s home with just slight improvements, paint and nice light fixtures , such a shame, it’s bigger than my house, I could live in it as is and love it! I wish some of those house could be taken off the foundations and moved.
Hey Ethan, this home is very nice, the staircase is stunning!!! It's a shame that this lovely home has a date with the wrecking ball!!! Thanks for sharing this exciting adventure!!! 👍👍🏣
This is a beautiful example of an upscale 80's home. I love the flow of the layout and the great abundance of space. My favorite part is the basement with that amazing brick fireplace!🤩 ,✌️
Hi Ethan. Recent subscriber. Came over from James’ channel. This was a lovely house and I often wonder how the owners can give them up, but I know there is need for smaller, cheaper housing, which is unfortunate for these lovely big homes
This place has me heart broken that it will be torn down 😞😢😰 It could be easily updated 👍💕 I love this house & would live in this beautiful place today 👍🙏💕 Glad that you’re back with Angelo… love him too👍💕 Thank you Ethan, for another beautiful explore 👍 I loved it 👍🙏💕
Family grown & gone, must have been way too big for the empty nesters.Less than 3 people could go a day, and never see anyone. Nicely designed for the 80"s Cheers Ethan
It amazes me how clean this one is and that it’s being torn down. Completely different from the one last week that was vandalized. This was a nice home
Stunning home. Sad it's going to be demolished. I could use a home for my son & I. You would think it would be kept cuz of a poplar show being filmed there. I would ❤ a place like that. Thanks for the tour. 👍👍✌✌
Not all bedrooms had ceiling lights in those days. My 1979 house has no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Lamps were plugged into the outlet that was turned on by the light switch by the door. Nice video. Thanks
keep on keeping on man, love when my UA-cam algorithm shows yours! love how you talk about and to the houses like their alive makes me designing homes feel happy that some people do that haha.
So very sad no one sees the beauty of these homes and just tear them down. I always loved the old 60’s houses, as many were so unique. Now I can guess what happened to them as well. Ripped from the earth for the sake of more townhouses. Future generations will think that is how all of us lived. And beautiful homes like this one are gone forever
Beautiful and very clean home! Love the big kitchen too! That bay window would be great for my fresh herbs and the cats would totally dig it! I believe those tall, white things held faux plants, flowers or feathers! It's really sad because it's in perfect shape and could house a family for many years to come! Instead it will be demolished. I'll never understand such waste.
Wow, what an amazing house, immaculate and so CLEAN! It's an atrocity that someone's going to tear it down to build a 'modern' piece of sh-t in its place!
Thank you Ethan for yet another gorgeous home explore. I love this house and would live in it today with only minimal changes to light fixtures, window treatments and ditching the carpets in favor of hardwood. Love the parquet floors in dining room though. Those fireplaces were beautiful. The staircases too! My imagination goes wild at what life could have been like in a place like this. And of course I’m so sad at the thought of it’s senseless and imminent destruction. Take care Ethan, be well and stay safe on your adventures.
This home is definently 80s style. Styles have changed since then. Everyone wants open concept now. That staircase looks massive when you walk in through the front door.
Carpet everywhere was a thing in the 70's and 80's. It was a concept we Baby Boomers inherited from out parents when we bought/ built our homes. Cool video. Thanks.
That's as old as my son. So,that means he's getting old. And im ancient! He used to watch that show Prince of Belare, back in the day! One of the milder programs. My Era is the one with Tutti and the facts of life. 😅 time is your worst enemy besides 😮Death. I hope they decide not to demolished it. Great stuff!!! Correction i used to watch the Brady Bunch and i was the same age as Bobby.😢😊😅
Hey Ethan...gorgeous house ,love the basement....kitchens huge ..shame again its being torn down...😢.....as always fabulous tour ....stay safe well and happy 💋 🤗
I’d love a home like that!! Why these homes are turn down for cheap “townhomes” is just ridiculous. The so called townhomes are cheap apartments with a big price tag and renamed so they will sell. 🤦🏻♀️
I really enjoyed this layout of this match love those stairs actually kitchen it's amazing For some reason I like that color yellow on a wall It's different
Hi Ethan 😎🏎💨,What a great house, only a few holes but the house is in great shape overall,I like the downstairs fireplace it’s really nice. Oh nice hoodie and I notice your wearing a winter jacket and snow outside? In July? Lol anyway stay your awesome self always,I haven’t been feeling well for awhile so I am going to play catch up on your new videos 😎🏎
OCD ALERT! Whoever set the tile in that kitchen should be fired! Half cuts at the entry from the hallway and half cuts at the back door! c'mon man! Think ahead! That's it! Tear the whole thing down!
Very big beautiful house you'd probably get lost in it, it would be a good work out going from one part of if to the other. I like the light wood great video thanks.
Hi Ethan!! 🙋♀️🌈🌈 wow such a nice house! So many people would love to have a place like this. Although it may seem outdated, I would really prefer a house like this to all of the stainless steel and today’s “style“. Such a shame to see it go! Loved the video as always! Cindy
Love this house and everything about it. These developer’s should donate this beauty to an older couple, such as me and my husband (lol), who would definitely appreciate it. I can’t believe that they’ll be tearing this beauty down to make more homes. I could only dream of a house like this. Maybe in my next lifetime.
What a beautiful home! I would love to have a home like that. It's a shame they're tearing it down. Just to build townhomes that won't be nearly as nice or last as long.
with you horsing around Ethan that was a great video a great family home I can just imagine the that home was filled with love and happy memories thanks Ethan looking forward to see you in the next video
Beautiful home. Another beauty bites the dust😢 I’m not into blonde wood, but I certainly wouldn’t complain. What hurts so much seeing a home like this get destroyed is that it looked new. Carpeting was a bit worn looking, but everything was really in wonderful condition. The family certainly took care of it. I would have loved to see that study. Was it blonde wood also? I see you taped this in winter, hopefully you got a flashlight for Christmas 😬.
What a nice homey house. Everything is excellent in this house. So love it. So clean and comfortable perfect house. I suppose it will be torn down. What a waist. From some one loving it. Great house to show.
What a gorgeous home to be just be torn into a pile of trash so very sad what the saddest people have money to waste 😢and us people Dream someday to own one.
Beauty Ethan. Sucks its going to be demoed. Not cool. One beautiful master bathroom, kitchen and staircase. Anything in the backyard? When did you shoot this? I saw snow. Eww!.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I nearly cried when I saw the kitchen, maybe it's not the fanciest one you have shown us, but it's spacious and big and open! I love it. My kitchen can fit in that kitchen 3 times.
What a beautiful home. Ir ceases to amaze me how many of these newer homes are torn down to make newer homes. What a waste. thanks Ethan

Gorgeous home it's such a shame that these are left to rot I'd move in a heartbeat
Hi Ethan 👋 I love this mansion and it’s so nice too❤️ I love the staircase and the fireplace as well 😎

Hi Ethan! What is going on in Canada that they are tearing all these nice homes down? What a shameful and a huge waste 😢😢😢
15 minute cities
Carpet everywhere was a thing in the 70's and 80's. It was a concept we Baby Boomers inherited from out parents when we bought/ built our homes. Cool video. Thanks.

I loved the tour of this house. Thank you for making these videos 😊
I really liked this one!! The blonde wood could go though but other than that, the kitchen was incredible!!!! Thank you for this!!

Hi Ethan 😎🏎💨,What a great house, only a few holes but the house is in great shape overall,I like the downstairs fireplace it’s really nice. So sad it will be destroyed. Beautiful.
wow I haven't seen one of those pedestal light boxes in ages,
That place looks in move-in condition. They have houses for sale in my state that look less than half as good. Good video, as usual.
Great house, love the fireplace in the basement!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
OCD ALERT! Whoever set the tile in that kitchen should be fired! Half cuts at the entry from the hallway and half cuts at the back door! c'mon man! Think ahead! That's it! Tear the whole thing down!
Very nice home and bathrooms except for that yellow master bedroom wow it was bright😂❤
Great video! Love this house! Stay safe, take care & God bless! xoxo 💞 Kat
Oh wow like beauty home it's gorgeous
One of your best houses tour to date Ethan i loved it, but Ashamed its getting demod place just needs a lick of paint here and there.
The people who lived there must have been happy if they didn't remodel or change anything. Sad that the house will now be torn down.
Ethan, you are almost at 100k subscribers! Good work!
Love the downstairs rec room. Lots of goodtimes for sure!🎉
Wow, what a beautiful home
Very big beautiful house you'd probably get lost in it, it would be a good work out going from one part of if to the other. I like the light wood great video thanks.

That place just screams mid 80s. It’s like being 12 again!
My mother still has her working Jenn air cooktop with downdraft fan 😁
Love this house and everything about it. These developer’s should donate this beauty to an older couple, such as me and my husband (lol), who would definitely appreciate it. I can’t believe that they’ll be tearing this beauty down to make more homes. I could only dream of a house like this. Maybe in my next lifetime.
I would imagine that one of the rooms in the basement is a guest room.
Nice house,I like the basement.
Thank you for video😊
One question. Why don't you carry a flashlight? It is kind of frustrating in some of the darker rooms, and it would be nice to be able to see better.
What a beautiful home. Don't know why to would tear it down
Never understand why they demolish good homes when there so many homeless ect ,it such a waste
I would love to live in a house like this. Only need to paint it to my liking and rip out the carpet. What a waste to destroy this home.
I didn't know that it was snowing in Canada. I thought it was summer time over there. Lol 😂
it is. this was filmed in december
@@ethanminnie I was just joking with you. I knew it was a one of your old videos. I remember watching it in December. Lol. Stay safe and take care.
Didn't know we old ladies had tiling.
its nice to bad its going to be destroyed . Thanks for sharing . ❤❤ Stay safe love ya
Not bad this is a beautiful house the lights still on and I like win you explained with Angelo
Beautiful home. Another beauty bites the dust😢 I’m not into blonde wood, but I certainly wouldn’t complain. What hurts so much seeing a home like this get destroyed is that it looked new. What is up ✌🏻😊❤❤❤❤❤ love the house Ethan
I loved it thank you gor showing it
Awesomely beautiful ❤
Ready to move in. I will take it any time.
Love these 80s and 90s homes
That white floor tile looks like what they put in our house in the 1988 remodel. We got new flooring ASAP.
I lo e the blond wood.....so used to the dark
Yeah, I'd live in it. Thanks for the video!
What a nice homey house. Everything is excellent in this house. So love it. So clean and comfortable perfect house. I suppose it will be torn down. What a waist. From some one loving it. Great house to show.
Very nice home!
I humbly disagree with you on staircase I'm not a fan of the color at all.but agree all the carpet needs to go.otherwise a beautiful home
What a gorgeous home to be just be torn into a pile of trash so very sad what the saddest people have money to waste 😢and us people Dream someday to own one.
It's a shame that they are going to demolish that nice beautiful 🏠 😢
Just seeing this first time on Thursday July 27, great 🏡, too bad it going to be torn down.😀💕
LOVE IT! The basement is perfect. The whole house is perfect. ❤
Awesome place Ethan I was almost an adult when this was built 😍🇦🇺💜
That basement is amazing i could live just down there ! ❤
Bro. I needed Dramamine for this one! 😅
Like from Brazil!
Beauty Ethan. Sucks its going to be demoed. Not cool. One beautiful master bathroom, kitchen and staircase. Anything in the backyard? When did you shoot this? I saw snow. Eww!.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I LOVE this house 🏠 !! One of the best!! 😢😢😢😢
This place is awesome would love to live here so very sad they dispose of these beautiful houses with such great charm
Very nice home on its day..Just needs upgrading, shame to tear it down
I love this house. It's so well kept. Sad that it will be taken down.....😢
Beautiful home ! Id love it ❤
That’s sad. Another move in ready house bites the dust .☹️
I remember seeing this one before but it’s still a good explore
The title confused me, I thought this was the actual house from the TV show. Then, I saw the staircase and was like.....That isn't the house.
