My grill CDP wears one pair of gloves the whole day. He even goes to the washroom 🤢🤡... He also puts raw proteins on his cutting board and only uses his towel to wipe down. No soap afterwards. And then he cuts ready to eat food on it afterwards.
Sad that some of these things have to be said. But I get that some people had the wrong guidance or the wrong mentality in the past and are trying to improve.
Complainers are awesome! They will give you another chance! Those whom don’t complain are the one’s to worry about! They will pay their bill, tip well, and NEVER come back! Ever! And they will tell all their friends and family how terrible your restaurant was! This is why an awesome host is essential! A master Dining Room Supervisor is very valuable part of the team! 💯
