He already did the drop of left overs he had after preorders. They sold out in about 30 seconds. Snagged the bronze model with black accents. Thanks MC! Keep it sharp, brother🗡️

I picked up the blue variant with the pre-order and I couldn't be happier with this knife.

Me too, with the timascus clip and spacer preinstalled. He included the regular parts in the box!

This is a great looking knife. Not over done. Just simple design that works.

I pre-ordered his first knife “The Dawn” and was happy with it but had quite a few other knives come in at the time and front flippers aren’t my favorite so sold it soon after receiving it but this one I liked from the start but did not pre-order it and things are very tight around here these days so wasn’t waiting for the drop but it came at a good time as a couple of others I wanted fell thru and I usually don’t order “True Lefties” because they are harder to sell but I like the look and took a gamble that I will love it in pocket so went for the stonewash Lefty plus timascus kit so I hope it’s going to fit in and hang around for a long time, Thanks MC if you hadn’t shown this a couple of times before the drop I probably wouldn’t have bought it so it’s on you if I love it and also on you if I hate it, congrats on 500k and especially the new Bambino 😎

My BFF and hetero-lifemate Larrin Thomas told me that Magnacut NEEDS to be heat treated to 173-175 HRC. Anything less is essentially 8cr and companies are cheap if they don't leave it under the broiler long enough to obtain that level of hardness.

Regarding your finding, a name for the spot where the harpoon drops down - ends, begins, in dog nomenclature, the spot where the top of the head drops to the muzzle is called the "stop." Stop.

My only complaint was the bronze was not represented well online.
Even your video of the bronze prototype looked better.
Came out more like a gray to me.

To your point on 8in knives. I've found over time that I just won't carry anything over 7inches.
They're just too big in my pocket and it stands out too much in terms of bulk in my pocket.
6.8in OAL is the sweet spot.
I'd be curious to see a poll that represents what the knife community trends say.
That said, I really hope TW Price makes a 7in or sub 7in version of this knife because I love the look!

Agreed as well. Compact and thin, not necessarily extremely lightweight, but just less robust of a package is what I prefer too. I can't remember the last time I carried one of my 8 inch blades. 6.7"-7.5" at 2 oz.-3.5 oz. is the sweet spot for me. My biggest qualm with carrying any knife I choose in the morning is always picking something with a blade stock no greater then .12" thick. As I have polished my preferences over time, thin slicey blades are really worth their weight in gold in terms of utility. Have zero use for bulky prybar esque knives these days.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I've been nothing bit impressed with TW Price's designs. But I'm so damn salty I missed this pre-order, and then got cart sniped 3 freaking times on Saturday when he sold the rest of the first run I actually waited a day to watch this video because the wounds were too fresh 😆 🤣. Guess I'll have to wait until the next run. Dammit!

He had a run with a smooth handle, and one with a milled out handle
      2 days before payday… sold out 😑😂

I probably wouldn't have got this if it was a frame lock. Too many of those. Liner locks are much smoother & better looking.

I noticed the TW Price company has a HORRIBLE return policy while looking at their website. They basically don’t accept returns. That really bothers, discourages, and disappoints me. Buying a knife is almost like buying a shoe. It can look good but you don’t really know if it’s the right fit until you get it in your hand. So if you don’t like it for some reason you’re out hundreds of dollars.
