Wife file khula & court khula granted expartee, after faw weeks wife file rejoining application with prayer to allow court to rejoine, court order on application rejoining, to wife contacte your scholar /mufti as per shariat Quran, and court already granted khula, After that husband wife contact mufti for fatwa, mufti allow for rejoining both of without again nikah, both live again, After faw months husband again fight with his wife and wife file khula before court, So my question is can court again order/decree khula in favor of wife???? If yes court empower to allow khuka to please tell how and what is procedure of again khula. And any case law so please share
Agr bivi jawab me ye keh dy k wo husbnd k sath rehna chahti hai us ki bivi ko alg gar dy or bivi k tamam haqoq ada kry to tb court kia decision ly skti. Plz help kr dain
My wife has been living seperately for last 3 years with our 2 children and don't let me see children as well. They neither demand a divorce nore willing to come back nore do they communicate or tell their terms for reconciliation. My question in this scenario is this. If I do this to make her take a decision to come back or take divorce, is there any scenario where she will not come back nore take a divorce. I don't want to divorce her because I have a daughter with her as well.
