I don’t care what others say but Phoebe and Cole were the best couple until they kept making Cole evil again and again and ruined their relationship. Also bringing in the seer who was the one that ruined it for them.
I hate the writers for ruining their relationship, where Phoebe had the most passion and chemistry with Cole. Even Alyssa Milano still roots for Phoebe and Cole, she wanted Phoebe and Cole to get back together with Coop making that particular arrangement for them in the series finale. Honestly, the show should have waited to vanquish the Source of all Evil until the later seasons. Cole reminds me of Regina/ the Evil Queen , from the show Once Upon a Time with their struggles to be good vs evil and trying to changed to keep their loved ones in their lives. Both characters, became evil with the power and influences from their mothers killing their loved ones. ( Elizabeth killing Cole’s father and Cora killing Regina’s first love Daniel.) More importantly, Regina at least was able to improved and redeemed herself throughout the series which is something I wish the writers should’ve done for Cole. Justice for Cole Turner.
the elders allowing her to date Cole even being half human should of been a red flag of how they are, especially when Piper dated a friggin angel and they had hell to pay down to season 8
The Elders have no power of demons so cant bare her from marrying or dating one. The only reason they were in Piper's business is because Leo is a whitelighter.
Cole struggled becoming human. Its not easy as like changing ur shoes, waiting for ur feet to get used to them (figuratively speaking). That's how they made it look for others who've been humanfied. Cole was realistic. He had magic his whole life. If maybe they somehow managed to witch-ifed him, or return his demonic powers and half species-ness...just not with the Balthazar persona. They could've still been together, and him good. A demon-witch hybrid was on the reboot, since og never had 1. Not counting their unborn baby. In my fanthoughts; I would've love to c a triblood (aka tribrid). Part witch, whitelighter, and demon. A mixture of the forces of Earth, Heaven, and Hell.
They should've let Phoebe keep her baby. And maybe, actually make it Cole's at some point, NOT the Source's. Imagine the *power*. It would've balanced the scales a bit with Wyatt.
@sifilore9462 Well, Perhaps, If not The Seer. And if Cole had married Phoebe before he became The New Source of All Evil then their Son might have had a chance to be born. To grow up. And to be conceived good and not evil. And I have to admit that always was Cole more of a Tragic Character than Anakin because, unlike, Anakin before he became a Obi-Wan's Padwan Cole actually never knew another life before Phoebe. And tried best to stay on the Light Side. And this makes Cole more like Christy. And like Brendon in this regard. We can say that from birth the Triad raised Cole essentially as a Sith In The Charmed. While Anakin always had a choice in everything that he always did because, no one raised him from birth just as The Triad raised Cole from birth.

NGL the Phoebe-Cole love thing got annoying but Phoebe trying to find love post Cole and then post avatar vision when she became obsessed with it, was even more annoying. made me wish the phoebe cole era back.
I could see Prue's life going in that direction. She had just as hard a time finding love after Andy. If she somehow got a glimpse of her future with kids and being happy, she wouldve fought for it like Phoebe did.

For a season that is supposed to pay tribute to Prue's passing, they sure went to this plot oddly fast.
Who said they were paying tribute to Prue? Charmed Again pt 1 and 2 did that and laid her character to rest.
