Wow!! I feel depressed quite often lately. Each time I was feeling depressed, I can feel like carry very heavy rock inside (around my tummy area). When I do the mediation and imagine the energy flow in the infinity shape like you showed, I could feel my body lighten up, the heavy feeling is also lifted. It's amazing!! Thank you so much for this video, Marisa!!
The infinity breath activated my zeal or mouth of God chakra. The sacred secretion and working with my kundalini to move energy up my spine activated my causal chakra and I’ve also noticed that my thymus has healing powers since my causal chakra has activated. Also I feel it helps in the manifestation process of our divine path and it aids in cleansing thought processes that are limiting. Makes the impossible possible. Changing our beliefs will change our reality.

What I felt is a strong warm at thymus point to my back throat and the warm flew to thymus again then flew down aligned to the front of my spine...this is amazing even before I used my selenite and Brandenburg crystal. I have a question. Whenever I activate my Bindu, I start seeing a man in dream who is my past life soulmate. I start getting connected to him with this chakra? What it could be? Like energetically
I'm not exactly sure, but it sounds like you are both trying to reconnect. Can you see what kind of relationship you had in your past life with him? When you sit quietly and meditate, have you tried asking yourself if this person exists in this lifetime? Either way, it's pretty exciting.
