So, since 3 years ago, I've been practicing telekinesis. This led me down the path of energy work; and working with Chakras. But, I've been doing most of this on my own through my intuition, meditation, visualization and just plain FEELING DIFFERENT KINDS OF ENERGY PROPERTIES AT DIFFERENT POINTS IN MY BODY. One of my biggest visualizations is to imagine and try to feel distinctly, a column of spiraling energy that goes through my body out into space, and then down PAST the earth into space again, meeting at the epi-points of the Universe. I've never heard anyone talk about this; or seen a video on it. But it's what I've developed in order to more fully be able to connect with both objects and mediums such as water, air, fire, etc. I'm now getting to the point, where I can cause slabs of thick, heavy flagstone to rock up and down when balanced long ways across a smaller balance point. The hardest thing for me to connect with has been this finger thick, finger to elbow length piece of round grooved iron rebar. Just recently, after combining both LIGHT and SOUND, or FOCAL LENGTH and HEARING fluid shaking back and forth across a center spot in my head... I was able to not only call up enough energy to get that rebar rocking, while balanced on a cone; but to get the flood light that HAD NOT BEEN RESONDING TO ALL MY ATTEMPTS, to start flickering. I'm researching all these scientific and metaphysical things in order to get a better understanding of how to work with my own energy and influence the environment in very specific ways on a more consistent basis. My channel is devoted to explaining what I believe is going on, my failures and successes with telekinesis; and eventually, using that as a way to boost Law of Attraction results, by learning how to activate the intent FOR REAL; and use that to guide energy. I believe that PLASMA (the 4th state of matter) can be created when one gets good at utilizing both the Yin and Yang as well as the neutral or soul chi, as I like to call it. I could be off my rocker; but I don't think so. I've felt a keen calling to the ARTS ever since I was a child; but I wanted PROOF; and telekinesis was the best litmus test that I could come up with; other than something like teleportation, transmutation of materials, or phasing through walls (all of which I have yet to experience).
My I Am presence was speaking through me vocally and I was able to ask questions and know immediately...Ive never felt so much bliss and finally know my purpose..I've been searching for a name to put with what I experienced...thanks for the clarity ♥️

I had a flashback that I was outside with alot of women and we were outside picking fruit or something. The clothes were old style like with button up shirts and long skirts and bonnets. All of a sudden men in horseback came racing toward us and they had torches, we got scared and started screaming and running. One of the men was my now ex, I think maybe we were witches or something, it was kind of freaky lol. I do have several clairs.
@@patburg6855 That makes sense, your brainwaves were still in Alpha, so you were open to receiving the message/vision. When that happens I start to get a little curious as to why I was shown a particular past life. If something traumatic happened, I like to call my energy back from that time and space. To do this, j visualize a ball of energy 6 inches above your head. Place a magnetic tube inside. Then ask for all your energy to return into that ball of energy. Allow the energetic ball to clean, clear, and update your energy. Once this is done. Open up your crown chakra and the bottom of the energy ball. Now allow the energy to flow back into your energetic field.
I feel I have no more power to motivate me to be happy, I ve no interest in anything, I just want to b alone and even then I m not good. Nothing is helping me. I don't know what to do with my life, I can't focus on breathing even. I feel irritated
I hear what you're saying, I know I can't completely understand what your going through, I can only relate to being there myself. I've felt like I wanted to be alone and everyone and everything just irritated me. What helps me when I'm in that space is just commit to it, I validate it. I walk around and feel sad, I notice that anything that's fun and bright bugs me, from positive posts to happy relationships, happy lives, people doing stuff, successful careers, people with purpose... they all bug the bleep out of me. So, I try and relish the feeling of anger and resentment. Once I've done this maybe for 10 minutes, a day, a week. Whatever I need, I start to take a small step back from myself, like I'm watching a movie. This helps me to create a little space in my energy field so I can start to notice what thoughts are coming up. Next, I watch what emotions and chemicals my body is addicted to. Then I ask, "where am I holding the pain in my body?" Is it in my stomach? My Jaw? My back?.... I slowly remind myself, I AM NOT MY BODY, I AM NOT MY EMOTIONS, I AM LIGHT!! The more I gamify it... the more fun I start to have, the more I realize, my "Avatar' - (my physical body) is running a Program (thoughts) that is activating my (emotions) which are just chemicals my body is addicted to. I simply need to upgrade my old program and beliefs. So, with no judgment, I grab a pen and paper and start writing down the voice or voices I hear. (Now, I probably should do an episode on this as well, but I believe we are made of several subpersonalities). Usually, if I'm feeling like a bag of crap it's most likely gonna be a combination of my inner critic, my perfectionist, and the part of me that always feels like I'm not enough. I haven't named that one yet..but I'm thinking as##ho#e may work.) Once I write down that stream of consciousness, I will notice what or who surfaces. Who's voice is it? Is it mine? A parent? A teacher? Is it something I actually believe? And maybe I don't know the answer, but I will sit with it. Again, I don't feel like I have to change but I'm starting to become aware of the program I'm running. A program that's not helping. Does it say it's not ok to be me, it's not safe to be me, I don't even know who I am? That's ok. I'm just getting the energy moving. Getting back to the "gamifiying my life" part. I know that energy has different densities and frequencies in each dimension. So when I look at how I'm feeling and behaving, I will map it out. When I'm feeling super low in energy, I know that I am in the lower fourth dimension. This means that my energy is feeding lower entities, and lower entities love when we're feeling like crap because they are like parasites. It's easy to get trapped in that loop. I will notice that feeling this way doesn't make me special. It's actually the easiest way to feel because the frequency is so dense. And this frequency is very common. Most people live in this lower frequency. And when we don't have a container for our energy (my next episode by the way) we spread this frequency like wildfire. We are constantly bumping into each other energetically igniting these insecurities, these doubts, these fears, these programs that have been around forever. The more people that feel this way, the easier it is to control. Why? Because no one cares!!! Can you see the loop? When you don't own your light or take control of your light, you're just feeding the energy that keeps you trapped. You didn't come to this planet to fall into the trap of being a human. You came here to bring your light, to bring your smile, to bring consciousness. The more we can unlock the human avatar, the more freedom and love we will all start to feel. That's who you truly are! So start super small and just ask. What do I like? What makes me happy? And just run with that question. You don't have to answer it right away. Your learning and discovering from a nurturing space. Enjoy your human senses of smell, taste, touch, when your pure light, you don't get that human experience. What do you want to experience as a human? Again, no judgment just be curious.
