My imported Atari 400. Is it broken? Can I fix it? (Part 2)

In one of my previous videos, I showed that I had imported an Atari 400 from the US to Europe. However, it seemed that it was defective because too high voltage came from the power board. So can I fix that? And while we're at it, I can also do a recap right away.

Can't remember for sure, but I think you need a cartridge placed in the slot for 400/800 to do anything other than static.

If there is no cartridge in it, with the 400 and 800 you will get in MemoPad.
