I want to see a "10 min truce" fight. Each team gets approximate 10 minutes to build, no encroaching on others territory, no nukes...right at the 10 min mark, it's a green light.

Map design defines the meta. This is a small map (short rush distance - cant do air) with a great big hill in the middle(elevation - cant do vehicles), there is no option but grunts. I don't think it reflects that much on 1v1.

Blodir is a veteran Supcom player and is no stranger to high level competitive play. That's why he's already 50+ OS with just 3 chevs. Seems like lately a bunch of high level supcom/faf players have joined the BAR community. Seeing high level 1v1 is nice from time to time. It does bore me a bit because it’s almost always 10 min of grunt spam, followed by brutes.

I might be in the minority as I haven't taken a poll but I much prefer massive 8v8+ as opposed to 1v1 casts. Each spam grunts until you have enough to charge a Com? Really uninteresting.
