I could go on all day about the physicality of the AFC North in the era on Ray, Suggs, Reed, Polamalu, Ben, Ward, and a long, long list of others. What Ray is talking about here is that rilvary that was second to none in that time and place. Even as a lifer Steelers fan, i have to give nothing but respect to what that D in Baltimore was at that time. Men from boys kind of thing. And that was no joke. I'll wager there are some that vare to this day, still feeling those hits. And Ray delivered them, and thought. Man I still have a lot of gas in the tank. The most honest Steelers players and fans will tell you that What Ray was, and did, was nothing but respectful in the game they all played.
