Princess Balcony Cabin Tour. Deluxe or Standard? Best Stateroom on Discovery, Enchanted, Sky? Review

The Princess Royal Class ships include Discovery Princess, Enchanted Princess, Sky Princess, Majestic Princess, Regal Princess, and Royal Princess. Here is my review of the Deluxe Balcony and a detailed comparison against the standard Balcony and the Premium Deluxe Balcony cabin.
I sailed on Discovery Princess, the newest cruise ship from Princess. She is based in Los Angeles, where she goes on Mexican Riviera itineraries, and spends the Summer in Alaska, including Seattle and Vancouver.
